Lo único bueno que se puede decir de este hotel es que las habitaciones son grandes( eso si, con cocina pero no hay ni un vaso ni un tenedor ni nada).
LAMENTABLE experience, after 5 nights here, I can say that I feel cheated.
First of all, they tell you that the pool closes at 20:00, but the lifeguard throws you out at 19:30, and since 18:00 they have been collecting hammocks for you to leave.
Hammocks which are all old, broken and wrecked.
The buffet is terrible, I have never seen a hotel with worse food than this one, the breakfast is "good" but the dinners are just not good, cold meat left over from breakfast, basic salads, a grilled fish that seems to be rotten and everything else fried, San Jacobos, frozen dumplings, chips and fruit, there is nothing else, also comment that during my 5 nights they have put meatballs for dinner.
One of the days people got tired and began to complain that they did not replenish after 21:00 (dinner ended at 22:00) and that the food was unbearable, putting several of them written complaints.
They did not clean the room, in my 5 nights they did not change the sheets, they give a pass over them and that's it.
Basic animation, one day one of the billiards swallowed our money and no one was responsible for returning the money, the half board was without drinks, the first day we asked for a water and they charged us 4 euros for it ....
In short, this hotel is not a three star hotel, it is not even three stars.
Experiencia LAMENTABLE, después de 5 noches aquí, puedo decir que me siento ESTAFADA.
Primeramente, la piscina te dicen que cierra a las 20:00, pero el socorrista te echa a las 19:30, y desde las 18:00 se pasa recogiendo hamacas para que te vayas.
Hamacas las cuales estan todas viejas,rotas y undidas.
El buffet es penoso, nunca he visto un hotel con peor comida que este, el desayuno "bueno" pero esque las cenas no hay por donde cogerlas, fiambre que sobra del desayuno, ensaladas básicas,un pescado a la plancha que parece podre y todo lo demas fritangada,san jacobos, empanadillas congeladas,patatas fritas y fruta , no hay nada más , comentar tambien que durante mis 5 noches han puesto albóndigas para cenar.
Uno de los días la gente se cansó y empezo a recriminarles que no reponian pasadas las 21:00( la cena acababa a las 22:00) y que la comida era intragable, poniendo varios de ellos reclamaciones por escrito.
NO LIMPIAN LA HABITACIÓN, en mis 5 noches no cambiaron las sábanas , le dan una pasada por encima y listo.
Animación básica, un día uno de los billares nos tragó el dinero y nadie se hizo cargo de devolvernos el dinero, la media pensión era sin bebidas, el primer día pedimos un agua y nos cobraron 4 euros por ella...
En fin, este hotel no hay por donde cogerlo, no es ni de tres estrellas.

En medio de urbanizaciones, sin nada más, sin coche no podías hacer nada. El comedor un desastre, las colas del hambre! Varios días se terminò la comida y gente se quedó sin poder comer ( la calidad era muy mala ) , pero sobre todo cantidad insuficiente, llegamos hasta a no tener pan! De vergüenza.Tremenda falta de personal, que además están trabajando en pésimas condiciones. No está preparado, la piscina resbala, continuas caídas, Nadir hace nada, hamacas viejas, sucias e insuficientes. Sin duda la peor organización que ví nunca.

Las instalaciones están muy bien y es un buen sitio para desconectar y también pasarlo bien con las actividades, si te apetece
The buffet food, both dinner and breakfast... can be much improved. In our case, we believe that also the night we stayed there must have been served something bad, because we both got sick to our stomachs right after dinner.
The activities in the pool, it's great that they are done, but the volume of the music was UNBORTABLE, I think they should also think about people who want to go to rest or disconnect. You could hear it TOO much even from the terrace of the room.
La comida del buffet, tanto la cena como el desayuno... son muy mejorables. En nuestro caso, creemos que además la noche que nos alojamos se debió de servir algo en mal estado, porque ambas nos pusimos malas del estómago justo tras la cena.
Las actividades en la piscina, está muy bien que se hagan, pero el volumen de la música era INSOPORTABLE, creo que también deberían pensar en la gente que quiere ir a descansar o desconectar. Se escuchaba DEMASIADO incluso desde la terraza de la habitación

Hemos estado en este hotel en régimen de media pensión en una habitación confort (algo más caro pero con una sala anexa a la habitación). La habitación era confortable con una cama grande y muy cómoda. El baño y el balcón exterior también muy bien.
Las comidas (desayuno y cena) abundantes y bastante bien, aunque tienen puntos de mejora que expondré luego.
La situación del hotel quizás sea lo peor, entre urbanizaciones de casas, a mitad de camino entre Estepona y Benahavís (a 12 km. del centro de Estepona). Aunque tienen algún servicio de autobús del propio hotel, el disponer de vehículo casi es imprescindible.
At meals, especially desserts, pastries and some fried foods, they overuse industrial products. The first few days they did not have a drinks menu (to be paid for separately). On the third day they put some printed menus, but at least as far as wines were concerned, they did not comply with what was on the menu.
The relaxation and sauna area was free, but it was not really worth it because the facilities were not yet in operation for the most part.
En las comidas, especialmente postres, bollería y algunos fritos, abusan de productos industriales. Los primeros días no disponían de carta de bebidas (que se pagan aparte). El tercer día pusieron unas cartas impresas, pero por lo menos en lo referente a vinos no cumplían con lo que figuraba en la carta.
La zona de relax y sauna, era gratuito, pero realmente no merecía la pena porque las instalaciones no estaban todavía en funcionamiento en su mayoría.
