Personal muy atento y servicial . Hemos tenido un pequeño problema y nos lo han resuelto enseguida.
1. The rooms have a certain age and are quite outdated. We have been in two different rooms and the first one showed signs of deterioration.
2. The hotel is quite far from the city center, around 20km, so at night you can only return by taxi or your own vehicle, as there are no buses running.

2. El hotel queda bastante retirado del centro unos 20km aproximadamente, por la noche sólo se puede volver con taxi o tu propio vehículo ,ya que no van los autobuses.

Que está cerca de Sevilla y hay aparcamiento dentro del recinto.
The bathroom was a bit disgusting, the shower with curtains which is a bit unhygienic because who knows what it might have. We had breakfast included and it was very scarce, the cold cuts were expired, the machine coffee was very bad, only the pastry was worth it.
El baño era un poco asquerosete, la ducha con cortinas que ya es un poco antihigiénico porque a saber lo que tenga.
Teníamos desayuno incluido y era muy escaso, el embutido estaba pasado, el café de máquina malísimo, merecía la pena el dulce y ya.

La habitación es como un pequeño apartamento, estaba fuera de la entrada al hotel y se accede subiendo unas escaleras, esta muy cerca de parada bus, (horarios en recepción hotel) el autobús tarda 40 mtos en llegar a Sevilla(estación) desde allí puedes ir andando a la parte Monumental (unos 20 minutos) el paseo es muy agradable por la orilla del río!
La reserva del crucero nos lo dieron en recepción y podías ir cualquier día de los 4 que reservamos, estuvo muy bien!!
El desayuno buffeet, bien!!
