- Babies from 0 to 1 year old: 1st child stays FREE sharing bed with 2 adults.
- Children aged 2 to 11: 1st child stays with 75% discount and 2nd child with 50% discount.
- If you travel from June 27 to September 13: both the 1st and 2nd child benefit from a 50% discount.
- In case your stay includes periods with different types of discounts, the most restrictive one will always apply. That is: if you stay from September 12 to September 15, children from 2 to 11 years old will benefit from a 50% discount.
- Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- Over the maximum capacity of the rooms:
- Are you travelling with children? The maximum capacity is 2 adults + 2 children + 1 baby per room.
- Are you all adults? The maximum capacity is 4 adults per room.
- Do you want to book a single room? The surcharge for a single room is approximately 25€ per night and may vary depending on the dates of your booking. You will see it reflected during the booking process.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.

No ,puedo decir nada malo, para mi, fue,como siempre,muy bien el personal ,atento y cariñoso,tuve un problema, u me lo solucionará enseguida, la comida,esta bien por el precio,no faltaba de nada.
Hubo un problema, de escape de agua en la sala de actuación, y se solución, son cosas que pueden pasar, pero hubo actuación, y la chica, que hace el BINGO, muy cariñosa.
Estuve muy bien ,y siempre que tengo una oferta, de la aplicación buscochollos lo cojo,doy gracias a la aplicación y la cadena de hoteles

El hotel está genial, las habitaciones son muy amplias, están muy limpias y los colchones son de calidad 10.
En cuanto a la comida, la variedad es enorme, hay de todo en todas las comidas del día y además, está muy buena; quizás puede hacerse un poco repetitiva pero en líneas generales muy bien.
El personal, suele ser muy amable y cordial, sin embargo, son algo lejanos, apenas tratan de mantener contacto social.
Admiten perritos de hasta 8 kg.

No podías regular el clima en la habitación (el calor era insoportable) no dejando a uno dormir // el baño estaba poco aseado, la ducha en su plato se observaban los azulejos enmohecidos, el caudal del agua escaso, no hay gel en el bidé, tenías que entrar en la ducha donde había un dosificador, en el lavamanos dos minúsculas de jabón // el escritorio carecía de silla // la terraza con dos sillas de plástico, carecía de mesa y luz // el teléfono no funcionaba y tuve quetener que usar el móvil para comentar que la tv smart no funcionaba (al final la arregle yo antes de la llegada del técnico). Pese a tener el letrero de no entrar en la habitación y comentado al servicio de planta (llevaba un perrito), se accedió a la misma para cambiar el teléfono. // de los 3 ascensores, 1 no fue en los 2 días de estancia y otro no paraba en la planta baja cuando si lo hacía. // la comida muy escasa //la piscina exterior correcta, pero la interior y sauna ni fuimos. Los huespededes se quejaban del agua de la ducha muy caliente, la solución fue anularlas.
.. Lo que expongo no es puntual a lo relativo a la habitación y el calor (lo comuniqué en recepción y me dijeron que su sistema era "fotovoltaico" y no podían pasar del calor al frío.
