Personal amable y buena ubicación.
The room lacks maintenance. The toilet cistern came loose, the shower does not stay well attached to the wall and is lowered, the body soap was stuck and I had to disassemble it to be able to pour soap. I think that for a 4 star hotel it lacks maintenance. The food is cheap buffet and not very good.
La habitación le falta mantenimiento. La cisterna del WC se soltó, la ducha no se queda bien sujeta en la pared y se baja, el jabón de cuerpo estaba atascado y tube que desmontarlo para poder servirme jabón. Creo que para un 4 estrellas le falta mantenimiento. La comida es de buffet barato y no muy bueno.

De la misma forma el personal no sabía el correcto funcionamiento de estos días. No hubo ni unos turrones, mencionados en la reserva ni unos dulces, ni un poco de resopón o snacks.
Una sensación de, que se hagan las 3 de la madrugada y cerramos.
La cena estaba preparada para personas de dos en dos. Nosotros al ser 3 tuvimos que esperar e insistir para que trajeran la 3 ración. Costaba mucho que trajeran una bebida diferente al vino negro o agua que estaban en la mesa, tipo menú de diario.
Creo que la noche y el precio merecían una cena no servida de manera que hacía horas que estaban preparados, para facilitar el servicio y la recogida, no al cliente.

La cena de gala horrible el pescado congelado salado y poca cantidad..aunque hubieran puesto más creo que nadie se lo hubiera comido los mejillones pasados y el bogavante aguado no volveré a ir con la cadena Alegría gracias a Marcos y Brigit pude darle de comer a mis nietos porque si fuera sido por Mónica de recepción aún estarían si comer en la cena no pensaron que había niños pequeños todo eran platos calentados y el pan del desayuno estaba florecido muy caro para lo que ofrecieron nosotros cada año íbamos al Evenia en Lloret pero este año estaba de obras y hay mucha diferencia calidad y organización y el precio igual no volveré a ir a este hotel mucha decepción por la calisad de la comida

Servicio y atención por parte del personal muy bien, limpieza excelente.
Pasamos la noche de fin de año , y el día siguiente con desayuno y comida incluida, me pareció muy bien que se alargará hasta las 15h de la tarde .La cena pues como pasa en todos los hoteles no es el 100x100 cómo te gusta , pero me pareció bien , con barra libre incluida y música con dj muy bien , recomendable 100x100 , por ese precio pasas una noche vieja y día 1 muy agradable, ideal para familia, lo pasamos GENIAL !!
