General discounts:
- Children from 2 to 11 years old: The first child benefits from a 50% discount, The second child benefits from a 50% discount
Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they share the room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- The maximum room occupancy is 4 people. Please note: The accommodation does not admit a fifth person in the same room, neither adults nor children.
The single occupancy surcharge is approximately 60%, already applied to the prices displayed during the booking process.

Las actividades para los críos no se cumplían, las cancelaban , cortaron el agua de mi habitación, el horario de la piscina en temporada alta era de abrir a las 10 y abrían la piscina a las 10:30. El bar cerraba antes de tiempo, mal servicio, camareros con mala cara.
El socorrista todo el día con el móvil enganchado, la comida del bufete se acababa y no sacaban más,o comías a las 13 o si ibas a las 14 la mitad de cosas ya no habían.

Atención de todos los trabajadores, tanto recepción, como mantenimiento, animación, comedor, bar...
Quizás la variedad en la comida, aunque no estuvo mal en una semana se repiten las cosas demasiadas veces, se agradeció el viernes que hubo algo de marisco.

Los ascensores, son un dolor, no hay quien pille uno solo hay dos para todo el hotel, deberían aumentar el número de ellos y la piscina donde más cubre es 1,40 muy poco para un adulto y por la tarde el agua está muy sucia habría que mejorar la depuración cuando se usa

La comida del buffet correcta. Cada día arroz o fideuá diferente, una carne y un pescado a la plancha, ensaladas, dos cremas o sopas y otros platos guisados, postres...
El todo incluido merece la pena.
La animación nocturna muy entretenida, nos gustó mucho.
