La ubicación del hotel excelente en primera línea. Las habitación grande y con buenas vistas. Las piscina en la planta alta con unas vistas espectaculares. El spa correcto para 8/10 personas.

Ha sido una experiencia espectacular, estamos deseando volver ha vivir la experiencia de nuevo, hemos viajado de nuevo con buscaunchollo como siempre hacemos, el hotel es espectacular lo han renovado y está precioso, las habitaciones camas grandes y super cómodas, la tele es grande pero quizás la tendrían que haber colgado un poquito más alta, tiene neverita en la habitación y el lavabo con plato de ducha es precioso y servicial, te dejan dos toallas grises para ir a la piscina o al Spa. Los ascensores sueltan un airecillo para que no te agobies de calor mientras vas montados en ellos, el comedor espectacular el servicio muy atento y muy amable, hacen todo lo que pueden por complacer al comensal con sus peticiones, tiene una terracita techada para desayunar, comer o cenar con vistas al mar muy chula, comida muy buena y variada, el agua no entra, tienes que comprar botella de litro a 2'50€. La 6 planta espectacular lo mejor del hotel con unas vistas impresionantes al mar que está a un lado y la piscina super chula al igual que las camitas que hay para tumbarse, eso sí valen 30€ alquilarlas al día al igual que las que hay en la playa que son del hotel hamaca y sombrilla, el Spa entra en la estancia pero tienes que reservar la hora para ir porque no es muy grande pero está muy bien porque tiene dos saunas y dos piscinas con chorros y otros pequeñita con agua muy fría.
I didn't like that in the dining service for guests with the All-Inclusive package, they can get water from the dining room machine, whereas guests from other pensions have to buy it. Even though it's just water, there were guests with the All-Inclusive package asking for water at the terrace bars and they were given tap water. If they wanted bottled water, they had to pay for it. I find this incomprehensible. If they put the same machine that is in the dining room to serve water, guests with the All-Inclusive package would avoid many comments. The waiters/waitresses at the indoor bar are very friendly and helpful, especially Ernes, who is a lovely person and it shows he enjoys what he does. Angy, the waitress at the pool bar, is spectacular, very professional, and attentive to guests. She is a truly lovely person.
Lo que no me ha echo gracia que en el servicio del comedor para la gente que tiene el todo incluido si puede coger agua de la maquina del comedor, los de las demás pensiones la tenemos que comprar y eso que es agua y había gente con el todo incluido que pedían agua en los bares de la terraza y se la daban del grifo, si querían agua de botella tenían que pagarla, lo veo incomprensible, si ponen la misma máquina que hay en el comedor para servise el agua los del todo incluido se ahorrarían muchos comentarios, los camarer@s del bar de dentro majisim@s y muy serviciales sobre todo Ernes un amor de persona que se nota que le gusta lo que hace y Angy la camarera del bar de la piscina espectacular que profesional y como atiende al personal es un auténtico amor de persona.
