Key handover information
- This accommodation has very short opening hours for arrivals. On this occasion, the reception is open from 16:00h to 20:00h, from Monday to Sunday. During these hours, they will attend you, give you the keys and help you with everything you need.
- If you are arriving later than the scheduled time, don't worry, you can arrange your late arrival between 20:00 and 00:00.
- if you arrive between 20:00h and 22:00h, you will have to pay a surcharge of 25€ for late arrival.
- if you arrive between 22:00h and 00:00h, you will have to pay a surcharge of 50€ for late arrival.
- In the confirmation voucher we will provide you with the accommodation's telephone number so that you can contact them directly.
Distribution of the apartments:

Apartments for 2 to 4 people: a dining-living room with double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom (can have double bed or 2 single beds, depending on availability). In addition, it also has a kitchen open to the dining room with washing machine and microwave, TV and bathroom. All apartments have a terrace or balcony. No apartment of this capacity has air conditioning.

Apartments for 2 to 6 people: they have the same distribution as the apartments for 2 to 4 people and in addition, a compartment with double bunk beds.
Deposit in cash
- At your arrival, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 150 ¤ in cash. It will be returned to you at the time of departure as long as the apartment is in the same condition as you found it.
Surcharge to be paid at reception (optional):
- Air conditioning (in apartments with 5 or 6 beds): subject to availability at the time of arrival, and with a surcharge of 10€/day.
- Garage with a surcharge of 5€/day.
- Pets (except in main areas): surcharge of 50€/pet/stay.
The price of the stay includes (as for the apartment itself): bed linen and towels, water, gas, electricity, cleaning on arrival and after your departure, weekly change of linen and use of the pool. You will also enjoy wifi in your apartment.
Board Basis

Como punto a favor destacaría su ubicación y proximidad a la playa, así como la zona común de piscina, muy aprovechable con niños.
As an improvement, in terms of the room, the cleanliness, both of the bed linen and the towels, had an odor after just one use, and some of them even had stains. As for the bed, they should improve the mattress, especially change the sofa bed, which is very old, with bad mattresses and an unstable base. Regarding the restaurant area, they should improve cleanliness, be more careful. On the first day we arrived, they gave us the possibility of having breakfast, then they charged us an unthinkable amount, the trays of ham and cheese were completely covered in flies, to which apparently the manager exclaimed, it's normal, it's summer and there are flies... I understand that there may be some, but being completely covered is not hygienic, in addition to the diseases you could contract... The worst of all, on the second day, when choosing roast chicken, after eating we discovered a huge roasted fly underneath it, it was reported and nothing else happened... For all these reasons, I believe there are better alternatives, we will not repeat.
Como mejora, en cuanto a la habitación, la limpieza, tanto del juego de sábanas como de toallas de aseo, con un solo uso ya desprendía olor, e incluso alguma de ellas contenía manchas. En cuanto a la cama, deberían mejorar colchón, sobre todo cambiar el sofá cama, muy antiguo, malos colchones y una base inestable.
Respecto a la zona del restaurante deberían mejorar la limpieza, ser algo más cuidadosos. El primer día que llegamos nos dieron la posibilidad de desayunar, luego nos cobraron lo impensable, las bandejas de jamón y queso estaban completamente cubiertas de moscas a lo que, aparentemente el encargado, exclamó, es normal, es verano y hay moscas...
Entiendo que pueda haber alguna, pero estar totalmente cubierto no es higiénico, además de las enfermedades que puedes desprender...
Lo peor de todo, el segundo día, al elegir pollo asado, después de estar comiendo descubrimos una enorme mosca asada bajo el mismo, fue notificado y sin más novedad...
Por todo ello, creo que hay mejores alternativas, no repetiremos.

La piscina y la playa
It wasn't clean, there were ants under the sofa, the bed was not made, they left us one sheet and we didn't have to make the bed ourselves. The kitchen couldn't cook, my wife and I had a lot of problems and in the end we had a bad time. The TV also didn't work, according to the maintenance guy, due to a storm. We didn't have air conditioning or even a simple fan, it was very hot in those apartments. The bed was very uncomfortable, we could hardly sleep. I do not recommend it to anyone, it's better to pay a little more and be in a quieter place because the maintenance man had many problems with the apartments and people complained a lot and asked for complaint forms. I'm still waiting for them to return my deposit and it's already five in the afternoon.
