El buffet es impresionante. Tanto de desayuno como de cena. Todos los empleados son súper profesionales, muy amables, desde el personal de limpieza, recepción, hasta las camareras. Se respira buen ambiente en el hotel. Lo recomiendo. Esperamos volver.

El hotel es bonito, y la habitación era amplia, la cama grande y cómoda.
La comida del buffet a pesar de ser pequeño y poca variedad eran platos elaborados y buenos. La piscina de adults only era muy bonita y tranquila.
Mucha actividad tipo relax como yoga y demás, aunque no las probamos.
The cleaning was not good at all, the buffet 25 euros a bit expensive and the bar menu better not to mention it... a coffee 2.60... a cocktail 12? Mother, we were scared.
Not having evening entertainment made the night very sad, they played live music with a DJ or singer for 3 days and that's it.
The fact that the pool beds were paid for and 20 euros a day... killed us and on top of that people would put towels early in the morning and take them away, there was no way to get a sunbed or mattress.
One very important thing I noticed because I experienced it firsthand is that it is not at all accessible for people with disabilities... to access the dining room there are only stairs and the pool, if not accessed from the back, also has only stairs to go to the adult-only area.
La limpieza no era buena del todo, el buffet 25 euros un poco caro y la carta del bar mejor ni mencionarla...un café 2.6o...un cóctel 12? Madre, asustadas nos quedamos.
Que no tuviese espectáculo nocturno hacia que fuese muy triste la noche, ponían 3 días música en directo con un dj o cantante y ya.
Qué las camas de la piscina fuesen de pago y 20 euros el día....nos mato y encima la gente para colmo ponía las toallas a primera hora y nos las quitaban, no había quien cogiese ni tumbona ni colchonetas.
Una cosa que vi muy importante ya que lo viví en primera plana es que no esta nada habilitado para minusválidos...para acceder al comedor solo hay escaleras y la piscina si no es por la parte de atrás también son solo escaleras para ir a la de adult only.

Las instalaciones están muy bien. La zona de piscina y relax está muy lograda. La comida, aunque no muy variada, bastante bien elaborada. La zona del bar muy agradable con un personal de lo más amable.
I missed having a lifeguard at the large pool. I had a fall in the hotel restaurant and was surprised that they did not have any medical service, neither internal nor external (they suggested I go to the "cap" in the area). The restaurant staff took care of me with interest and affection; they offered me ice for the bump, but I believe it is not their obligation but rather the hotel's to provide specialized assistance.
Encontré a faltar un socorrista en la piscina grande.
Sufrí una caida en el restaurante del hotel y me sorprendió que no tuvieran servicio médico ni interno ni externo (me sugirieron que fuera al "cap" de la zona).
El personal del restaurante me atendió con interés y cariño; me ofrecieron hielo para el golpe, pero creo que no es su obligación sinó la del hotel la de proporcionar asistencia especializada.

Creo que ya es mi sexta visita.....y volveré. Me encanta la Magia de este lugar, sus Salones con música relax, sus preciosas piscinas y lo mejor CLASES super interesantes, cada vez que voy Hago Clases diferentes y Aprendo técnicas de Relajación......este es MI HOTEL SANADOR.....voy estresada, bloqueada y salgo feliz, tranquila y motivada!! Deseando volver pues TODO el personal es encantador y hay mil rincones en el jardín y salones para perderse y simplemente Dejarse fluir y disfrutar del momento de Paz.
The only thing that catches my attention is...... That they don't have some easy Access system to the Restaurant.......the Hotel has many mature Clients who have difficulty going down the STAIRS holding onto the handrail, and being a 4-Star Superior.......IT'S THE ONLY THING I CAN COMMENT ON FOR IMPROVEMENT, everything else is Fabulous!!!

Qué no pongan algún sistema de fácil Acceso al Restaurante.......el Hotel tiene muchos Clientes maduritos que bajan las ESCALERAS con dificultad bien agarrados a la baranda, y siendo 4 Estrellas Superior.......ES LO ÚNICO QUE PUEDO COMENTAR PARA MEJORAR, todo lo demás es Fabuloso!!!
