Hotel tranquilo sin esperas para las comidas y sin reservar hamacas en la piscina.. comida muy buena , variada y muy casera con bebida gratis.
To improve maintenance service... my room smelled like the sewer in the bathroom, I had to open the balcony door to ventilate and I mentioned it at reception but it was not solved during my stay... that is the only downside during my stay, it is no small thing to sleep with that smell.

Comida bien , instalaciones correctas
Very poor reception, they drag things out to avoid giving answers, we were a group of 7 paying for 8 and they wouldn't let us eat together, we had to sit apart. Reluctantly they let us join two tables if we arrived early even though the restaurant was half-empty, in my opinion just stalling. If they had been more pleasant, they would have scored a 10.

The buffet is very limited and with only two hours to eat they tell you that you can enter until 3, but if you enter at that time you won't eat because they remove the food.
El buffet muy escaso y con solo dos horas para comer te dicen que puedes entrar hasta las 3 pero si entras a esa hora no comes porque retiran la comida.
