El sitio está bien lo único que tienes que tener coche para poderte mover por otros sitios porqur es una urbanización muy bonita pero retirada, la verdad es que son como apartamentos en donde tienes cocina y demás por si quieres también hacerte algo dentro

Me ha encantado el trato del recepcionista, y de las chicas del restaurante! Brinda, Yaiza y Carla. Son excelentes y muy agradables. Las camas son muy cómodas.
I did not like the cleanliness of the hotel. They come to make your bed about 2 times a week and you see the stained sheets or towels and do not change them unless you go down and complain at reception. I also did not like that there were cockroaches, I understand that they are renovating but the door to the street is a piece higher than the floor and cockroaches enter at will... we complained and the solution is a roach killer spray.... They didn't even change our room or anything! And at lunch they force us to eat from the menu... but when you ask for things from the menu there is almost nothing unless you complain again at reception and they make you some more variety. Honestly I am not very happy with the hotel.
No me ha gustado la limpieza del hotel. Vienen a hacerte la cama unas 2 veces en semana y te ven las sábanas manchadas o las toallas y no te las cambian a no ser que bajes y te quejes en recepción. Tampoco me gusto que hubiesen cucarachas, entiendo que están de reformas pero que la puerta de la calle sea un trozo más alta que el suelo y entren las cucarachas a sus anchas.. encimas nos quejamos y la solución es un spray de mata cucarachas.. Ni nos cambiaron de habitación ni nada!! Y en el almuerzo nos obligan a comer de carta.. pero cuando pides cosas de carta nunca hay casi de nada a no ser que vuelvas a quejarte en recepción y te hagan alguna variedad más. Sinceramente no estoy muy conforme con el hotel.

El sitio es muy bonito, el personal de cafetería y atención al cliente muy agradables y serviciales, la ubicación perfecta. En ese sentido muy bien.
We were caught in the storm and even so, being the hotel half empty they sent us to the other end, without even working the elevator that made our way, they had not cleaned the room and we had to claim and we had to get up late at night to make our beds because the sheets were dirty, then finally they changed us to another with better accessibility, the air did not work but they fixed it immediately, but when we went to bed, we realized that the bedspreads were not there, that night we were cold and we had to ask for them the next day and to top it off, we had bought infusions to make them at night and when we went to get them, they had been taken away and appeared in the cleaning office. Both the change and the latter made us lose a lot of time at the reception, so sorry, I will not come back.
Nos cogió el temporal y aún así, estando el hotel medio vacío nos mandaron a la otra punta, sin funcionar siquiera el ascensor que nos facilitaba el camino, no habían limpiado la habitación y tuvimos que reclamar y ponernos a las tantas de la noche a hacernos las camas porque estaban las sábanas sucias, después por fin nos cambiaron a otra con mejor accesibilidad, no funcionaba el aire pero lo arreglaron de seguida, pero cuando nos fuimos a acostar, nos dimos cuenta que no estaban las colchas, esa noche pasamos frío y tuvimos que pedirlas al día siguiente y para colmar el vaso, habíamos comprado infusiones para hacerlas por la noche y cuando fuimos a echar mano, se las habían llevado y aparecieron en el office de limpieza. Tanto el cambio como esto último nos hicieron perder muchísimo tiempo en recepción, así que sintiéndolo mucho, no vuelvo más.

Llegamos un martes y no tuvimos toallas limpias hasta el viernes. El aire los primeros días no funcionó. Una plaga de cucarachas en la habitación y en el resto del hotel, que hasta nos impedía salir del asco que daba. La playa que supuestamente está al lado, no es playa ni es nada. La comida dejando mucho que desear, todo fritanga. En definitiva un desastre y nada recomendable.

Zona muy tranquila, posibilidad de ir paseando hacia una zona con bares,restaurantes y playa más concurrido. Piscina y gimnasio Nuevos. Vistas desde el comedor a la cala muy bonitos, atardeceres increíbles desde el mirador!
