The resort is new, so everything is in very good condition. The security was very good which gave us peace of mind with the kids. Pool area very very good
During the lunch and dinner it was very hard and would take too long to get grilled meat. The barbacue area would have very long queues with a very long waiting time.

Mi hija es la que más a disfrutado de la estancia
Hemos estado instalados en el hotel y la verdad que nuestra hija lo ha pasado muy bien, el personal muy atento. Muy enfocado para los niños, si eres un adulto y vas solo, la programación no va a ser lo que esperas. Pero la verdad que para el precio que tiene lo veo excesivo, todavía tienen mucho que mejorar. Las instalaciones no están muy bien, en la piscina de olas te dejas los pies allí, igual que si vas de una piscina a otra, las habitaciones se escucha todo lo del vecino, el wc te sientas y se mueve toda la habitación. La comida los primeros días bien, pero después se hace repetitivo. Para ese precio el buffet tampoco es lo que esperas, siendo un hotel de Huelva y por el precio no vas a ver nada de marisco, el mismo pescado(rosada y atún) casi todos los días. Colas kilométricas para la zona de la barbacoa.La bebida está muy bien, son bebidas de primeras marcas y el autoservicio también, evita largas colas. Pero el hielo casi todos los días es picado. El primer día no había ni una botella de agua, todas agotadas y de los toboganes la primera vez que te tiras bien, pero las siguientes con las juntas te destrozas la espalda, parecen sacados del aliexpress. El segundo día de nuestra estancia los cortaron toda la tarde porque no caía agua.El aparcamiento excesivo de precio, me parece una pasada pagar 15€ para tener el coche al sol. Hemos pasado unos días muy buenos, pero pienso que si el precio va a ser ese,todavía les queda mucho por mejorar.

El personal atento y muy trabajador, variedad en la alimentación, los productos de calidad.
El primer día llamamos a recepción por humedad en el lavabo y hasta el día antes de irnos, no nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación y ya por una noche, daba igual. Pero nadie se acercó a ver el agua que salía de las paredes. Otra cosa muy fea es que te dicen el check out es a las doce y cuando hemos recogido para irnos siendo las once y diez, hemos decidido tomar un refresco antes de
salir y ya no funcionaba la pulsera para entrar en la zona de ocio, la chica de la entrada nos ha dicho que una hora antes del check out ya desactivan las pulseras y como no hemos querido tener problemas, nos hemos ido, con muy mal sabor de boca. Éso ha quedado muy muy feo por parte del resort

Comida pésima, el restaurante era pequeño para la capacidad que había en el momento que nos alojamos, todo sucio y colas interminables para todo. No volveré a ir. Muy chabacano todo. El último día antes de tiempo nos cortaron las pulseras y de muy malos modos. No volveré a ir ni aunque me lo regalen. No había hamacas suficientes, piscina sucia cuando llegaba las tarde llena de limo.
