El resort es una pasada. Está nuevo, tiene piscinas y toboganes para todas las edades, animación. Los puestos de comida están muy bien. Nos ha encantado.
I would improve the animation theme for older children (10/12 years old) since the ones for younger children are too childish and they cannot attend those for adults.

La piscina y los toboganes una pasada. La temática, la decoración las casitas con sus calles muy chulo.

They gave us the room 1 hour later. The room: day 1, they didn't make it, day 2, when we returned to the room around 4:30 pm it was still not done, I only asked for a towel change as the child was going to take a nap. Day 3, they made it but how? The sheets were not tight, they didn't remove the dust from the nightstand (which is noticeable as soon as you enter since it faces the balcony and gets all the sun).
The food was very bad, almost the same every day...
A lot of low-class people, showing off with their jewelry and noticeable by their manners. That's why there is so much security... they seem like bouncers from a club.
The evening entertainment is very weak, you can tell they are just starting out.
We lost interest in extending our stay.
Nos dieron 1h mas tarde la habitación. La habitacion: dia 1, no la hicieron, día 2, cuando volvimos a la habitación a eso de las 16:30 h seguía sin hacer, pedí solo cambio de toallas ya q el niño se iba a la siesta. Día 3, nos la hicieron pero como? Las sabanas sin tensar, sin quitar el polvo de la mesita (que da al ojo según entras ya q está frente al balcón y le da todo el sol).
La comida muy mala, todos los días es casi parecido...
Mucha gentuza, que se hacen ver con sus joyas y notar por sus modales. Por algo se ve tanta seguridad...parecen los machacas de la disco.
Las animaciones de la noche son muy flojas, se nota que están empezando.
Se nos quitaron las ganas de alargar la estancia..

El hotel no puede controlar quién hace una reserva, pero si no saben estar, deberían de llamar la atención. No puede ser que estén en corrillo a las 1 de la mañana haciendo ruido y derrapes con el coche , y dejando toda la basura en las escaleras y nos le llamen la atención.

Las instalaciones están muy bien, nuevas, y hay muchas zonas para niños en función de su edad.
Regarding the room, the cleanliness left much to be desired. They did not sweep the room a single day. The food was very repetitive and the tables were too close together, making it impossible to pass through, just like the sun loungers in the pool area. Finally, I want to say that there are many people with very little respect in this hotel, having late-night gatherings under the rooms as if they were in their own neighborhood, making noise and leaving everything full of trash. In addition, the children of these people were going around the pools intimidating other children. I would not return to this hotel.
Respecto a la habitación, la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. No barrieron la habitación ni un solo día. La comida muy repetitiva y las mesas muy juntas no se podía pasar, al igual que las hamacas en la zona de piscinas. Por último quiero decir que hay mucha gente con muy poco respeto en este hotel, haciendo reuniones nocturnas debajo de las habitaciones como si estuviesen en su barrio, haciendo ruido y dejándolo todo repleto de basura. Además los hijos de estas personas iban por las piscinas intimidando a los demás niños. No volvería a este hotel.
