Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 10 kg/pet
- Price: 12 €/night and pet
- In addition, the first day, you will have to pay 25€ total for extra cleaning.
- Only dogs are allowed.
- A maximum of two pets per room is allowed.
- You must inform the reception of the dog's stay alone in the room, as well as provide a contact telephone number so that they can reach you at all times.

La ubicación está genial, en una zona muy tranquila y familiar pero con restaurantes y servicios alrededor, también tienes varias Calas a las que puedes ir andando y el pueblo de Ciudadella. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y con todo lo necesario (cafetera, ollas, sartenes...)
Además las vistas al mar y a la puesta de sol son increíbles.
El personal es muy amable y encantador

Apartamentos tranquilos y muy bien equipados, muy amables las chicas de recepción . Lo mejor la ubicación y poder ver el atardecer allí mismo.

El apartamento dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días y poder cocinar tranquilamente (salvo especias y aceite). Se notaba que había sido recién “reformado”: sartenes todavía con etiqueta, vitrocerámica, sofá y cabeceros intactos… en general el mobiliario estaba nuevo. La cama y las almohadas eran cómodas. Tiene aire acondicionado que sí funciona y el servicio de limpieza es eficiente, pero debes dejar el cartel de que quieres rooming, de lo contrario, no entrarán a tu habitación.
There are damp and mildew stains in several places in the bathroom (ceiling, dryer wiring...) that simply a little cleaning would go away. The bathroom mirror and refrigerator were rusty.
Hay manchas de humedad y moho en varios sitios del baño (techo, cableado del secador…) que simplemente con limpiar un poco se iría. El espejo del baño y la nevera estaban oxidados.
