El lugar, los paseos cerca de la playa. Conocer la isla y descansar. El personal muy amable, pero les tienen en unas condiciones regulares por lo que nos dijeron. El clima fantástico.
El buffet muy poco variado, no había apenas pescado y muy repetitivo. Los horarios de comida pensados para guiris, sino comes a sus horas casi no queda comida, no reponen durante el tiempo que duran las comidas. Muchas cosas que mejorar para ser un 4 estrellas. Nos quedamos un día casi entero sin luz, tenían goteras del aire acondicionado en el centro del comedor...

La comida es de batalla, está enfocado para los extranjeros en gran parte (los animadores solo hablan alemán), pero teniendo en cuenta que en otros hoteles ni siquiera aceptan españoles... Por lo demás muy bien

La isla es preciosa y el hotel estaba muy burn situado
Muchos, la habitacion que nos dieton era un desastre, no tenia ni llaves paea encender o apagar la luz cerca del cabecero de la cama, el armario tenia las puertas estropeadas, no tenia tele en la habitacion.Los animadores del hotel no hablaban español a pesarcde haber bastantes turistas españoles.le preguntamos el porque y su respuesta fue q lo tenian prohibido.la comida muy repetitiva y sin sabor.platos y vasos sucios, etc, etc

El hotel tiene buena ubicación. Los empleados de recepción encantadores.
En principio es un hotel de 4 estrellas, pero para muchas cosas brillan por su ausencia. Empecemos por la limpieza de la habitación, que se limita a hacer la cama, ni siquiera una fregona al baño o colocar los cojines. Tampoco rellenaron los geles hasta que a la segunda noche nos quejamos, una pésima atención a este respecto.
Con respecto a la comida, no soy una persona delicada, pero he de decir que no merecía mucho la pena. Cocciones pasadas, cocina en vivo solo existente a primera hora, reutilización excesiva de lo sobrante de días anteriores (comprensible, pero excesivo), poca variedad y personal de sala insuficiente.
Con respecto a las bebidas, decir que son poco menos que alcohol de quemar, pedí un cocktail el primer día y jamás volví a pedir nada con alcohol.
En relación a los horarios, excesivamente centrados en el público internacional. La piscina solo estaba hasta las 18.30 y el bar de la piscina cerraba mucho antes.
El entretenimiento era bastante pobre y terminaba a las 22.00, demasiado pronto para lo visto en la mayoría de hoteles.
Sin duda, no repetiremos este hotel.
