Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies from 0 to 1 year old: 1st child stays free sharing bed with 2 adults in double and triple rooms.
- In case you want to travel with 2 babies in the same room, please contact us here so we can check if it is possible.
- Children from 2 to 11 years old:
- 1st stays at a 75% discount and 2nd stays at a 50% discount.
- If you travel during Easter Week and from 06-13-2025 to 06-09-2025, the 1st and 2nd travel with a 50% discount.
- Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- In case you book a pool view room, children from 2 to 11 years old will travel with the discounts specified above, but paying an additional surcharge.
- The 1st child will pay a surcharge of approximately 3€ per night and the 2nd child will pay a surcharge of approximately 5€ per night.
- If you travel during Easter and from 06-13-2025 to 06-09-2025, the 2 children will pay a surcharge of 5€ approximately per night.
- If your stay crosses a period with different discounts, you will see that the most restrictive (i.e. the lowest discount) applies. Here is an example: if you travel from June 12 to June 18, the 1st child from 2 to 11 years old will not travel with a 75% discount, he/she will benefit from a 50% discount.
- The maximum capacity of the rooms is 4 people per room.
- Good to know: The accommodation does not admit a 5th place in the same room, either adult or child.
- Do you want to book a single room? The surcharge for the single room is approximately 30%, already applied in the price that you will see during the booking process.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 8 kg/pet
- Price: 10 €/night and pet
- Only one pet per room.
- Good to know: Your pet will only be allowed in the room and reception area, as long as it is on a leash.
- Please note that you will not be able to accompany you to the hotel's main areas, such as the restaurant, lounges, bar and pool areas.
Board Basis
If you're booking Full Board:
- The first meal included is lunch, and, therefore, the last meal included is breakfast.
- If you'd like to change the order of your meals, you can request it at the accommodation. You'll find their contact details on your confirmation voucher.

The Aquafun park is scheduled to open on the following dates in 2025:
- Open every day, from April 11 to April 19 and from June 06 to September 07 (both included)
- From May 1 to June 5 and from September 8 until the end of season, open only on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

- For security reasons, the minimum height is 1.20m
- The maximum weight allowed is 110kgs.
- Park Opening hours are from 11:00h to 19:30h (subject to change and weather conditions).

- In the event of not making use of the Park, no type of refund or compensation will be issued.
- The opening dates are subject to weather conditions.

I don't think the all-inclusive service can end at 113:00h when the shows start after 10:30 p.m., I think it doesn't make much sense in the summer when it gets dark after 10:00 p.m. It is also not logical for the water park to close at 19:00h in the summer.

La gente es súper amable, todo el personal del hotel y las piscinas. Bufet variado aunque no estaba riquísima la comida pero bastante bien todo!!!! Destacó la amabilidad de los trabajadores, siempre facilitándolo todo!

Lo mejor ha sido el personal de animación, su entusiasmo en todo lo que hacen tanto para los mayores como sobretodo con los niños, felicidades a todo el equipo por su gran labor. La comida buenísima, variedad y muy buena calidad. Todas las instalaciones están cuidadas y limpias.
The water park is great although I missed having larger and deeper pools, just to mention something negative, but everything else has been great.

Lo que más hemos disfrutado ha sido el parque acuático. No es muy grande pero más que suficiente para divertirte mucho. Mis hijas no han parado. A parte de eso, el bufet de 10, la comida muy buena y mucha variedad, tanto en el desayuno como en la cena.
The hotel's private pool is small. When the water park closes, everyone crowds into the hotel pool and we can't all fit.
