Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Children from 0 to 4 years travel for FREE.
- Children from 5 to 12 years
- From May 31 to June 20 and from September 12 to 30:
- For stays during the week: the 1st and 2nd child travel free with Half Board
- For weekend stays of 3 nights or more: the 1st and 2nd child travel free of charge with Half Board
- For weekend stays of 1 or 2 nights: the 1st child receives a 75% discount and the second child a 50% discount with Half Board
- From June 21 to September 11:
- The 1st child receives a 75% discount and the second child receives a 50% discount with Half Board
- From May 31 to June 20 and from September 12 to 30:
Don't forget! The children's discount only applies if they sleep in a room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- If you are travelling with Full Board: Children from 5 to 12 years receive the above discount. However, they pay an extra charge equivalent to Full Board. During the payment process you will see that the surcharge is calculated automatically.
If your stay falls within a period with different discounts, the most restrictive (i.e. the lowest discount) will be applied. Example: If you are travelling from June 20 to 26, children over 5 years of age will not travel for free, but with the corresponding discount depending on the regulation.
- The maximum occupancy of the rooms is 4 people:
- Are you travelling with children? The maximum occupancy is 2 adults + 2 children/infants.
- It isnot possible to accommodate 2 adults + 2 children + 1 baby in the same room. The accommodation does not allow exceptions.
- Are you all adults? The maximum occupancy is 3 adults.
- Are you travelling with children? The maximum occupancy is 2 adults + 2 children/infants.
- The surcharge for a single room is approximately 26€ per night per room, you will see this applied to the final price of your booking.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.
The tourism tax in a 4 * Hotel is 1.98 € per person and night.

Pets are not permitted in this accommodation.

- Upon arrival, reception will provide every member of your booking with an identification wristband. Simply show it to the water park staff and dive straight into the fun!
- Access is unlimited throughout your stay, so you can come and go as often as you like. The more splashes, the better!
About the water park
- The park is scheduled to open from May 30 to September 13, 2026. Please note that dates may change without prior notice due to weather conditions.
- Enjoy a spacious landscaped area featuring a children’s playground and several Water Slides reaching up to 9 metres high.
- The minimum height required to use the Water Slides is 1.10 metres.
- Opening hours are from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, weather permitting, which is usually perfect during summer! If the park closes due to weather, no refund will be available.
- The final opening day is September 13. Stays after this date do not include access, as the park will be closed.

El hotel es muy céntrico, todo queda súper cerca.. en realidad es lo único que encuentro bien, ya que en otros aspectos está muy deficiente, quizá su parque acuático hubiera mejorado la experiencia pero he llegado justo un día después que lo cerraron.
