Hotel muy tranquilo para desconectar con todos los servicios necesarios. Comida buena y muy variada cada noche hacen diferentes tematicas para las cenas. El horario del bufet es amplio y puedes ir en cualquier momento. El personal de animación fabuloso! Limpieza correcta cada dia de la habitacion. Se puede aparcar en las inmediaciones del hotel sin problemas aunque el hotel dispone de plazas al aire libre por 10€/dia. Las piscinas estan limpias y la temperatura del agua es perfecta, las hamacas cuidadas y siempre hay sitio, Volvería para pasar una estancia tranquila en otra ocasión.
El hotel Está en una urbanización aislada de todo, la playa mas cercana no está habilitada para el baño tipo pantanosa (urbanizacion y zona descuidada sin paseo maritimo). Debes desplazarte a la propia manga del mar Menor a unos 20 min en coche para ir a la playa.
Cuando llegamos al hotel nos dieron enseguida la habitacion antes de la hora aunque las almoadas no tenian funda y cuando las reclamamos nos dieron unas fundas pequeñas que no las cubria en su totalidad….
Pedimos un mojito y por 8€ el mojito esta realmente malo…

Lo mejor del hotel sin duda son las habitaciones y la zona de las piscinas.
El hotel tiene mucha amplitud y no se siente agobiante.
La comida es bastante floja la verdad. En el desayuno siempre ponen lo mismo y tanto en las comidas como en las cenas siempre ponen los mismos postres. Bastante decepcionado con este tema.
El tema de la animación flojea bastante, ya que no hay nada alrededor y por la noche no hay ningún espectáculo a parte de la chica de animación poniendo música o con un bingo...

En general ha sido una buena experiencia, destacar al personal , sobretodo Chelo y Soraya por su alegría y su empeño en animar cada momento en el hotel.
Ubicación perfecta si no vas a salir del hotel, de lo contrario muy alejado de todo.
La comida es lo único que dejaba que desear, aunque había variedad, el sabor no era muy bueno.

En un todo incluido, que sea TODO incluido, no que luego te cobrarán según que cosas.

Uno de los mejores hoteles que he estado. Muy limpio todo, comida variada y personal atento. Piscina a muy bonitas. Instalaciones modernas y con muchos detalles. Muy muy recomendable para pasar unos días en familia
Lo peor es la ubicación pero es algo ajeno al hotel. Se puede pasear x los aledaños viendo las pasarelas o balneario. Si la playa no fuese una actual balda de algas estoy seguro sería uno de los hoteles más visitados de Murcia.

Las piscinas están muy limpias y nada masificadas, la pool bar es un acierto aunque tengo que decir que de normal solo ha habido una persona para atender y se formaba un poquito de cola. Igualmente en la Terraza Bar. Personal muy atento siempre. Las habitaciones y terrazaamplias
Servicio de Limpieza muy deficiente. Nada más entrar todo lleno de pelos en el suelo del baño y ducha. No han vaciado papeleras. Y todos los días pelos y más pelos. No han cambiado las sábanas en 4 noches que hemos estado. Y la terraza ni han salido a limpiarla.
