- On Sunday from 14:00h, Monday and Tuesday, the wellness area is closed.
- It is not necessary to book in advance, ask for access at reception upon arrival!

The room left something to be desired. We found one of the switches disassembled on the table and ants in the bathroom. Rusty areas in the shower. It didn't give the impression of being a 5* Hilton.
La habitación dejaba un poco que desear.
Encontramos uno de los interrupores desmontado en la mesa y hormigas en el baño. En la ducha zonas oxidadas.

La habitación era espectacular, la cama y las almohadas súper cómodas. También, nos gustaría señalar la amabilidad del personal de la piscina, las chicas son un encanto y preparan buenos cócteles.
I would improve the spa facilities, one of the 3 areas was disabled (the Turkish bath) and heat was escaping from the sauna through the door gap, also, the lights were not working, nothing could be seen in the background.
Mejoraría las estancias del spa, de las 3 zonas una estaba deshabilitada (baño turco) y del sauna se escapaba todo el calor por la rendija de la puerta, además, las luces no funcionaban, no se veía nada al fondo.

Le falta mantenimiento en general pero el personal es muy amable, comentamos en recepción si podían pasar a arreglar un par de cosas de la habitación, y cuando volvimos por la tarde estaba solucionado. Parece más un hotel de 4 estrellas que de 5.
