Booking this deal you will enjoy a 4-hour ticket per person and booking at Caldea Premium.

• Loan of bathing equipment (bathrobe, towel and slippers).
• Access to the gymnasium of the spa centre (it is necessary to bring sports equipment).

How to enjoy your ticket?

• The access to Caldea Premium will take place the day after your check-in date at the hotel and you will only have to present the confirmation voucher of your booking to access.
• The access schedule varies according to the dates:
  • From Monday to Friday the access timetable will be at 11:15 am.
  • On Saturdays and Sundays you will have to enter at 9:00 am.
  • From March 1st to 3rd and from April 18th to 21st, access will also be at 09:00h.
• Please note that if you arrive later than this time, you will not be able to enjoy your Caldea Premium session. Please note to be punctual!
• The entrance is only allowed for children over 16 years old. In case of travelling with children under 16 years old, they will not be able to use the ticket and no refund will be made.
