Largas colas para pedir la bebida en la barra y encima no quedavan botellas de agua. Para poder conseguir pizza 20min de cola.
- Los socorritas no vigilan nada. Uno fumaba y bebia cerveza de servicio, y el del siguiente dia sentado debajo una sobrilla lejos de la piscina todo el dia. Se supone que debería vigilar la gente en la piscina.

Nos dieron una suite del 5o piso. Una terraza espectacular.
Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado, (no funcionó la primera noche) que me hizo dormir en la terraza… al día siguiente, el chico de mantenimiento (un crack), lo arregló y todo correcto. Recién renovado (aún olía a pintura el lavabo del comedor -1).
El personal, todos, recepción, comedor, bar, etc. …, se desviven por el cliente. Menciones especiales para el chico de mantenimiento y la chica de distracciones en la piscina. Un sol, los niños terminaban cansados, pero contentos!!!

Es tan grande el hotel, tantas habitaciones, tantos autocares con grupos del Imserso, que el tema de comidas (con horario para extranjeros), hacía que hubiese colas para entrar al comedor, con todos los problemas que ello conlleva.
L@s camareros corrían como locos para limpiar mesas desocupadas, colas para pedir las bebidas, debido a que se pedían en una barra y que había que abonarlas (ni estaban incluidas, ni cargo a la habitación), por lo que había que acordarse de traer efectivo o tarjeta….
Aparte, cuando llegaban los autocares, se firmaban unas colas en recepción, que te hacían desistir de pedir / preguntar cualquier cosa. En la habitación no hay lista de teléfonos, por lo que no sabes cómo llamar a recepción. En la tarjeta que te dan con la llave, no lo indica.
En el restaurante (-1), no hay cobertura.
