El hotel estupendo por dentro y el servicio genial pero la zona está muy abandonada en en general los alrededores ...la playa.. piscina... El aspecto de los edificios a medio construir alrededor.....el bufett del desayuno espectacular
I didn't like the fact that the check-in time is at 3 pm and the check-out time is at 12 noon the next day. They should let you enter at the same time you leave.

The part of the artificial beach seems to be abandoned, it looks like it has had maintenance for more than a year, so I doubt it will be open during the summer.

Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la reserva ya que el abuelo de mi novia fallecio el dia que nos ibamos a alojar y sin problema pudimos modificar la reserva con la ayuda tanto de buscochollo como la del propio hotel. Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento. A demas de eso:
Vistas espectaculares desde nuestra habitación, personal encantador, comida a medida(sin gluten), habitaciones amplias y limpias, precio para cualquier bolsillo, una escapada inmejorable, una vez más, muchisimas gracias😊

The dinners are menu based and quite scarce. The breakfast buffet is of good quality with the drawback that they do not replenish the food that runs out.

When we went down to breakfast some things were missing but they were quickly replaced. The furniture on the terrace was old and broken, a pity as the rest was so good.

Nos ha gustado la amabilidad de todo el personal, sin excepción, así como la tranquilidad del hotel tanto como la de los alrededores. El sábado de nuestra estancia hubo una boda de 170 invitados, que duró hasta altas horas de la noche, pero no se oía ningún ruido en el resto del hotel.
We would have preferred a buffet dinner instead of served at the table, because there were only 3 options to choose from and sometimes we didn't really like what was there. However, the food was quite good. Another unimportant thing.....the background music played in the lounges and dining room was always the same style, and to our taste, very monotonous.
Hubiéramos preferido una cena buffet en vez de servida en la mesa, porque solo había 3 opciones para elegir y a veces no nos gustaba mucho lo que había. Sin embargo, la comida era bastante buena. Otra cosa sin importancia…..la música de fondo que se escuchaba en los salones y el comedor era siempre del mismo estilo, y para nuestro gusto, muy monótona.
