Lo mejor sin duda su personal y la comida muy buena variedad y calidad.
People smoke everywhere, pool, bars, it's horrible, so many children and people smoking on top of them should not be allowed, not even at the pool, of course less, cigarette butts everywhere, hopefully they fix it because it's a shame.
La gente fuma en todos lados piscina,bares es horroroso tanto niño y fumandoles encima no deberia estar permitido ni en la piscina por supuesto menos ,colillas por todos lados ojala lo arreglen porque es una pena.

La piscina maravillosa
The hotel had broken air conditioning for a week and no one informed us until the same day half an hour before we checked in (when we were already at the hotel) I think it's bad because it was known before making the booking, we couldn't sleep, we had a bad time.

The hotel is 4 stars but it doesn't even deserve 2 stars, upon arrival we were informed that they don't have air conditioning, after so many hours of travel they should have told us before and I would have reconsidered, the hotel facilities are very old, the only good thing is the employees and very little entertainment, we had a hard time with the heatwave and no air conditioning, I don't recommend it.
El hotel es de 4 estrellas pero no se merece ni 2 estrellas, a la llegada nos comunican que no tienen aire acondicionado con tantas horas de viaje nos lo hubiera comunicado antes y me lo hubiera pensado, el hotel las instalaciones muy antiguas lo único que se salva son los empleados y muy poca animación como ninguna, lo hemos pasado mal con la ola de calor y sin aire no lo recomiendo

El persona y la piscina de adultos
We stayed for 4 out of 5 nights without air conditioning due to a breakdown, we were not informed until we arrived at the hotel despite the issue having been ongoing for several days, and no solution was provided to fix the problem.
The hotel is located far from the beach, with very old and poorly maintained facilities, it needs a major renovation.
Food of poor quality and limited variety.
The children's pool is very dirty, not suitable to put a baby in it.
It cannot be considered a 4-star hotel, at most I would give it 3 stars, being very generous.
Estuvimos 4 noches de 5 sin aire aconcionado x una avería, no fuimos avisados hasta q llegamos al hotel a pesar de llevar varios días con la avería, no nos dieron ninguna solución para solventar el problema.
El hotel está ubicado muy lejos de la playa, instalaciones muy antiguas y poco cuidadas, necesita una gran reforma.
Comida de mala calidad y con poca variedad.
La piscina infantil muy sucia, nada conveniente meter a un bebé en ella.
No se puede considerar un hotel de 4 estrellas como mucho le daría 3 siendo muy generoso.
