Todo perfecto, bebidas de calidad, comida abundante y de calidad superior al resto de competidores del sector, especial atencion a los intolerantes al gluten (cerveza sin gluten en cada bar, todo indicado, muchas opciones e incluso pizzas sin gluten!). Piscinas espectaculares, personal con una atención sobresaliente, atentos, simpáticos... la animación infantil muy bien. Todo sobresaliente.
Si acaso mejoraria los espectáculos nocturnos. No estan mal pero en estos sitios suelen ser algo mas elaborados-

Me parece un hotel muy bonito y unos de los mejores en comida en cantidad, calidad y marca para no tener Animacion y tener un personal tan malo y tan mal educado. Tuvimos algunos problema y hotel se puso muy bien puesto con nosotros el gerente y todavía estoy esperando que me compensara , pero solución no dio al problema que nos causó sus guarda de seguridad. Por qué fue para denunciar.
Softer beds, more comfortable pillows, I would remove the alcohol dispensers for minors. More smoking area. And above all, better and more polite security personnel. And entertainment that currently does not exist.

Que es nuevo y lo estrenas casi todo, zonas de piscinas muy buenas, comida buena y de primeras marcas y personal atento, tuve un problema con una habitación y me dieron solución rápidamente
The food, although good, lacks variety especially for children. It is noticeable that they are just starting out and need more practice. I see a bit of disorganization, for example in the dining room. It is evident that there is no one at the entrance directing the dining room staff to seat people and maintain order, as I have seen in many hotels I have visited. The entertainment is scarce, especially on a Saturday night, not even a single performance, just a "dj" playing music on stage and the entertainers dancing half-heartedly. In summary, most of them lack the experience to work in a hotel of this caliber. Everyone has the right to start, but always under the guidance of more experienced individuals. However, given what I paid, I cannot ask for more. I hope they improve in these areas and they will do fantastic.
La comida aunque es buena veo falta de variedad sobre todo para niños, se nota que están empezando y les falta rodaje veo un poco de mala organización como por ejemplo en el comedor, se nota que no hay una persona en la entrada dirigiendo al personal de sala para sentar a las personas y poner orden como he visto en muchos hoteles que he visitado, animación escasa escasa sobre todo en un sábado noche, ni una mísera actuación, un "dj" poniendo música en un escenario y los animadores bailando a desgana, en resumen que les falta experiencia a la mayoría para trabajar en un hotel de estas características, todo el mundo tiene derecho a empezar pero siempre con personas con más experiencia para llevarlos, pero por lo que he pagado no se puede pedir mas, espero que mejoren esos aspectos y les irá fantástico

Not all facilities were open, many things were missing in general.
The rooms were supposed to be cleaned at 16:00 and they still weren't clean.
We had nowhere to drink water from 23:00h onwards... etc.

The room cleaning is mediocre, they don't sweep, just make the bed and change the towels. And mosquitoes are a real nuisance. The location is such that you don't want to leave the resort; there is nothing to see around except the beach. Other than that, it's fine.
La limpieza de las habitaciones es regulera, no barren, solo hacen la cama y cambian las toallas.
