The food needs to have some changes of different style.

8.9 Clarissa June 2024

The staff were great. The room upgrade was great. The food at dinner was lovely, hot and varied. Housekeeping every day. Not too overcrowded around the pool, although we werent there at a busy time.

Our room was a family room with a kitchenette, but there was nothing in it - there was an explanation about why, but it was a shame. Breakfast was a bit boring - I know a lot of people say this, but I felt there could have been a scope for a bigger variety.

Fabulous

9 Joao Travelled with couple August 2023

The room given was spacious, clean and comfortable altough the bed could have a more rigid mattress for me. We took the full board and were surprised by the good quality and variety offered at the buffet. Drinks also served at really affordable prices. Friendly staff. It was a good experience overall regardless of the amount of families around.

The cons were the beach (not the best one for me but can be great for kids) and the swimming pool that was too small and dominated by children playing, obviously due to holiday season.

Superb

9.7 Marcel Travelled with couple September 2026 We loved the food and the peacefulness, especially at night. The location is great — very close to the beach — and there was plenty of car park for the car.

The towels need replacing; they’re so worn they’ve lost their thickness — ours looked quite sad.

8.3 Maria Travelled with family August 2026 Without a doubt the food is the best thing, the rooms are spacious and we requested a change to our board type and it was no problem at all.

We've been coming for several years and there were a few minor defects in the room, things that are easy to fix.

9.7 Francisca Travelled with family August 2026 The location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw from the beach. We loved the buffet service: the food was very varied, of great quality, and the staff were extremely attentive at all times. A real highlight is the children's entertainment service; the instructors are lovely and look after the kids really well, which gives you total peace of mind and a sense of security. 100% recommended for families!

The issue with the sunbeds by the pool: many guests reserve them by leaving their towel first thing in the morning, and then disappear for hours. It would be worthwhile for the staff to keep a closer eye on this so that everyone can enjoy the facilities fairly.

9.4 Maria Jose Travelled with family August 2026 The atmosphere is very family-friendly. We especially liked how spacious the rooms were, as we travelled as two adults and three children, and the beds were 180cm wide plus there was a sofa bed. The variety and quality of the buffet food were excellent. Also, the meal times were very generous for all three meals. The hotel is just a few metres from the beach and right next to an area with a range of places like restaurants, ice cream parlours, and souvenir shops.

More variety in the evening activities, music, and dancing to encourage people to stay after dinner.

9.4 Maria Fatima Travelled with couple August 2026 The food was really good, and the blonde girl in the café was one of the friendliest. The girl from the Aquagym was great too. The only thing I didn’t like was the entertainment — could there be a bachata class for kids?

8 Montse Travelled with family August 2026 The games machine they have doesn’t work, and when you ask at reception for help because you’ve already put money in, they tell you it’s a machine with external maintenance. So basically, I lost my euro and my children couldn’t play.

8 Ainoa Travelled with family August 2026 The best thing is the location and the staff. The rooms are quite clean.

Lo mejor la ubicación y el personal. Las habitaciones están bastante limpias.

There wasn't much variety in the food, and we missed having a play area for children.
