La situacion y el trato con la gente
The cleanliness left much to be desired and a 4-star room with a bathtub that leaked water (nowadays not all of them are adapted for showers) and that hot water did not reach. I find that unfortunate
La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear y una habitacion de 4 estrellas con una bañera que se salia el agua (que hoy en dia no esten ta todos adaptados a duchas) y que no le llegaba el agua caliente. Eso me parece lamentable

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, cerca hay una boca de metro. El hotel es limpio y muy acogedor, el desayuno es variado. Queremos felicitar a Alberto y Xavi que estaban en recepción por su amabilidad, al igual que a Ramona que reponia la comida en el desayuno. Si tuviéramos que volver a Barcelona repetiríamos el hotel, ya que nos pareció perfecto, gracias.
