Las habitaciones no son de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Pasamos frio, humedad por todos lados. Ventanas y puertas sin protección para el frío y no cierran bien. La puerta de la habitación con acceso directo a la calle con temperaturas muy bajas. Las mantas llenas de pelusa. Grifo de la pila medio roto. Las habitaciones que usamos fueron la 2010 y 2009. El resumen es que pienso que el servicio que se dio NO es de un hotel de 4 estrellas.

La amabilidad en recepción
La distancia entre recepción y la habitación, más de 200 metros al aire libre, con mucho frío (afortunadamente no llovía). Cola de casi 10 minutos para desayunar, personal desbordado y con malos modos y desayuno pobre y sin reponer. Hotel aislado en zona que de noche da miedo.

Me parece un buen hotel especialmente para estancia previa a viaje de avión. A un cuarto de hora del aeropuerto, se puede dormir muy bien por ser una zona tranquila. Está bien atendido el bar, la recepción, el comedor. Valoro que ofrezcan un desayuno con zumo natural, además de que el resto del desayuno está muy bien. En verano podrán disfrutar de una buena piscina.
