El personal , correcto
Good morning, what I did not like is the lack of maintenance of the hotel, there were cockroaches in the rooms, in the dining room and in all areas of the hotel, the food little variety and very poor quality, in front of customers threw whole pots of food in the trash, but the worst the dinner schedule was only until 9 pm aprtir at that time the waiters took everything you had on the table and threw you out, I certainly do not think recommend this hotel to anyone, a disappointment.
Buenos días, lo que no me ha gustado es la falta de mantenimiento del hotel,había cucarachas en la habitaciónes, en el comedor y en toda la zonas del hotel, la comida poca varie Y muy mala calidad, delante de los clientes tiraban ollas enteras de comida a la basura,pero lo peor el horario de cena era solo hasta las 9 de la noche aprtir de esa hora los camareros te quitaban todo lo que tenías en la mesa y te echaban fuera , sin duda no pienso recomendar este hotel a nadie, una decepción

The all inclusive does not have all inclusive. The pool bar closes at 5:30pm if you want a drink you have to walk 5 min to the wet building to get something. The rooms have no light. The beds are horrible, they break your back. Very little variety of food for a 4*. No pastries or acceptable sweets. No mini fridge in the room.
El todo incluido no tiene todo incluido. El bar de la piscina cierra a las 5:30pm si quieres beber algo tienes que andar 5 min hasta el edificio mojado a por algo. Las habitaciones no tienen luz . Las camas son horribles, rompen la espalda. Muy poca variedad de comida para ser 4*. No bolleria o dulces aceptables. No minifrigo en la habitacion.

Vale para una escapada de dos dias

The facilities are outdated and lack maintenance. The machines in the gym are very old.
