- Babies from 0 to 3: the first one stays for free, sharing bed with two adults in double and triple rooms. Should you stay with 2 babies in the same room, please contact us here, so that we can check if it is possible.
General discounts:
- Children from 4 to 12 years old: The first child benefits from a 50% discount, The second child benefits from a 50% discount
Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they share the room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.

The hotel is undergoing maintenance, the restaurant and the buffet dinner were scarce compared to what the Grand Luxor used to be, especially for a Christmas dinner.

Me ha gustado mucho la ubicación, la calidad de la comida, el buffet muy variado.
I found the treatment of the workers very poor.
We were there from Tuesday 8th to 9th October.
In my case, we booked with Half Board
When we arrived for dinner, they asked us up to 3 times in a very rude way if we had paid for Half Board.
Dinner is à la carte and it took them over 30 minutes to bring us the drinks and over an hour to serve the dinner.
They only had 5 tables occupied and you could hear them arguing in the kitchen. All the surrounding tables were dirty and they didn't seem to have any intention of cleaning or serving us.
Every time someone needed something, they had to get up.
A regrettable experience for a 5-star hotel.

Estuvimos de martes 8/9 octubre.
En mi caso reservamos con media pensión.
En la entrada para cenar. Nos preguntaros hasta en 3 ocasiones y de muy malas maneras si teníamos pagada media pensión.
La Cena es a la carte y tardaron más de 30 minutos en ponernos la bebida y más de una hora en servirnos la cena.
Solo tenían 5 mesas ocupadas y se les escuchaba como estaban discutiendo en la cocina. Todas las mesas de alrededor sucias y no se les veía con intención de limpiar ni atendernos.
Cada vez que alguien necesitaba algo tenía que levantarse.
Una esperiencia lamentable para un 5 estrellas.
