En recepción nos dijeron que a las 22 habría discoteca y resulta que había una concentración de unos bailarines Búlgaros y cuando terminaron su concurso de baile resulta que solo pusieron música de ellos en la discoteca y los españoles que pagamos igual que ellos o más nos quedamos sin un servicio que tiene que ser para todo el público eso en un hotel es una vergüenza porque todos pagamos para tener lo que nos ofrecen lo

La comida estaba bien, comible .
1° we chose this hotel for the spa, but on arrival it was under construction.
2° rooms (we had 2) were filthy, ceiling with mould, stained walls. I had to ask for the sheets to be changed because there was a big stain on the fitted sheet.
3° at 3am I had to call reception — rooms with young people partying, shouting, music, banging.
In short, the four stars must be from when it opened a thousand years ago; I think it deserves 3 and one is too many. They should review the star rating.
In short, I wouldn’t go back, nor do I recommend it.
1° escogimos este hotel x el spa, al llegar están en obras.
2° habitaciones (eran 2) super sucias,techo con moho, paredes manchadas. Me tocó avisar para q cambiarán sábanas, había una mancha importante en la bajera.
3°a las 3 de la mañana me tocó llamar a recepción, habitaciónes con jóvenes de fiesta, gritos, música, golpes.
Resumiendo las 4 estrellas serían de cuando lo inauguraron hace mil, creo que 3 y le sobra 1. Deberían revisar el tema de las estrellas.
Resumiendo No volvería a ir, tampoco lo recomiendo

La estancia fue agradable, nos encontramos que el spa estaba en restauración y nos derivaron a otro hotel muy cerquita a tres minutos de su misma cadena y nos permitieron acceso al mismo sin problemas.
Servicio de animación también estaba todo el día a pesar de que fuera septiembre casi fuera de temporada y en otros hoteles no disponen de el, eso es de agradecer.
