Vam escollir aquest hotel a través de Busco un chollo, aprofitant una oferta que, sobre el paperw, semblava molt atractiva. Entenem perfectament que es tractava d’una promoció, però això no pot justificar en cap cas el nivell de servei que ens vam trobar. Teniem tres habitacions amb reserva de busco un chollo i una amb reserva directa a l’hotel, que vam afegir més tard. Les habitacions que ens van donar amb la reserva de busco un chollo, eren a l’entresòl amb vistes pràcticament inexistents: donava a unes parets interiors i a una zona com de magatzem d’ampolles buides, ple de colilles i brutícia. La sensació era més pròpia d’un espai abandonat que no pas d’un hotel de quatre estrelles. Pel que fa a la neteja, va ser el pitjor, senzillament inacceptable. L’hotel estava molt brut en general. En una de les habitacions hi havia fins i tot un mitjó brut penjant o col·locat per tapar alguna cosa del sostre. Això ho vam comentar a la recepciò i no ens van fer ni cas. En una altra habitació les parets eren plenes de taques marrons i feia pudor de peus. Els matalassos eren vells i gens comodes. Pel que fa al menjar, l’esmorzar era correcte, però tant els dinars com els sopars van ser decebedors: plats sense gust, de baixa qualitat, fregits i amb clara presència de productes ultraprocessats. En resum, tot i haver aprofitat una oferta, considerem que un hotel de quatre estrelles ha de garantir uns mínims de qualitat, neteja i confort. En aquest cas, aquests estàndards no s’han complert en absolut. Afegir també que la quarta habitació, que vam reservar directament amb l’hotel, era igual però amb vistes a la piscina i amb matalassos nous, però la neteja tampoc era la de un hotel de 4 estrelles. Respecto a la comida mucha pijotada para lo que realmente es el hotel, nos faltó comida más variada ya que se solía poner más o menos lo mismo en la comida y en la cena, sobre el tema de la celiaquia hablamos con el Metre para comentarle la intolerancia pero como que pasó del tema apenas tenían nada para ofrecer ni pasta ni hacer patatas limpias en una freidora ni nada, en el desayuno tampoco tenían bollería para ofrecer les pregunté si tenían cruasanes y me sacaron 1 y me dijeron que no tenían más, la verdad que un servicio pésimo.
