La construcción del hotel es moderna. Destacar la limpieza en todas sus áreas incluida la habitación. El personal del restaurante muy atento y la comida bastante buena, había variedad, además de estar bien elaborada.
Among the aspects to improve, I would highlight the reception staff, they could be more attentive. We felt more welcomed by the restaurant staff. Also, in the room they could provide amenities such as a toothbrush and toothpaste, which is the minimum expected from a hotel of this range.

Hemos ido 3 personas y nos ha encantado todo en general, la comida muy buena, las habitaciones espaciosas y limpias. Todo el personal amable y respetuoso. El socorrista de la piscina muy amable con todo el mundo animaba y ha sido un placer conocer a Ismael.

La piscina y el spa han sido agradables aunque los horarios no para mi gusto no son buenos…
I have been 5 days in this hotel and the cleanliness was conspicuous by its absence... they only spread the bed and did not change anything... not even the towels... the floor was sandy. I would say it is a 3 star or 2 star hotel instead of 4 stars.

Cuando llegamos empezamos con la cena y cuál es mi sorpresa el último día ?me dicen que acababa con el desayuno y todavía me quedaba una comida por hacer. La empleada que toma nota al entrar al buffet comete el error ( una señora mayor con gafas) y el disgusto me lo llevo yo. Gracias a Tamara que me lo solucionó, la chica que la sustituía al día siguiente. Luego uno de los camareros también un poco mal educado nos apagó una de las máquinas de juego a las 23:30 h. sin dejarnos acabar la partida porque tenía prisa por acabar.
