La localización. Esta justo en el centro de Sevilla, se puede ir a todas partes andando, sin necesidad de transporte publico.
El ruido. ( hay un Bar y una discoteca justo debajo). No hay nadie que te atienda si tienes un problema a partir de las 18h pm, hasta las 10h am. La distribución del apartamento podría ser mucho mejor, con el espacio que hay, esta muy mal aprovechado.

Buena ubicación, se encuentra cerca del centro andando.
IMPOSSIBLE TO REST.
There is no soundproofing in the room. Taking into account that the apartment is RIGHT ABOVE a discotheque that until the wee hours of the morning is with loud music and the entrance and exit door of the discotheque opens and closes all the time, UNBELIEVABLE, EYE when making the reservation.
The air conditioning makes some pretty weird and annoying noises when it is on.
If we take into account the noise inside (air conditioning) and outside (loud disco music and door) to be able to rest properly during the stay in this apartment is VERY HARD...
My recommendation to the person in charge is to make sure to soundproof the apartment and fix the air conditioning.
IMPOSIBLE DESCANSAR.
No existe insonorización ninguna en la habitación. Teniendo en cuenta que el apartamento queda JUSTO ENCIMA de una discoteca que hasta altas horas de la madrugada está con música a un alto volumen y la puerta de entrada y salida de la discoteca se abre y cierra todo el rato, INCREÍBLE, OJO al hacer la reserva.
El aire acondicionado hace unos ruidos bastante raros y molestos cuando está encendido.
Si tenemos en cuenta el ruido interior (aire acondicionado) y el exterior (música de discoteca muy alta y puerta) poder descansar adecuadamente durante la estancia en este apartamento es MUY DIFÍCIL…
Mi recomendación al responsable es asegurarse de insonorizar bien el apartamento y arreglar el aire acondicionado.
