Ideal place to go out of season, without crowds, friendly and helpful staff.

When you go to take a shower the water has no pressure, you can not control the temperature, you are a little more than 1 minute and suddenly you get ice cold water and then just after you get boiling water to come out warm again. From the 5 day stay one of the elevators was not working and from what other guests told us it was already broken before, luckily there were very few of us in the hotel.
Cuando te vas a duchar el agua no tiene presión, no puedes controlar la temperatura, estás un poco más de 1 minuto y de repente te sale el agua helada y justo después te sale hirviendo para volver a salir templada. De la estancia de 5 días uno de los ascensores no funcionaba y por lo que nos comentaron otros huéspedes ya estaba averiado de antes, suerte que éramos muy poquitos en el hotel

It is a very nice hotel with a swimming pool that I loved.
The common areas are also very comfortable and cozy.
The food is great. The buffet is not very big but the food is good and the treatment of the staff very good.
Es un hotel muy bonito con una piscina que me encantó.
Las zonas comunes también son muy cómodas y acogedoras.
La comida estupenda. El buffet no es muy grande pero la vomida está buenael trato del personal muy bueno.
The beds are too soft. The room was full of dust.
In the spa almost everything is broken and dirty.
Las camas son demasiado blandas. La habitación estaba llena de polvo.
En el spa está casi todo roto y sucio.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable, parking is easy in the area, it is in a very quiet urbanization.
El hotel es muy bonito y cómodo, se aparca fácil en la zona, está en una urbanización muy tranquila

Hotel situation correct, cleanliness of the rooms deficitaria and very precarious food, we only did most of dies breakfast, since dinner could not eat did not correspond even 4 star hotel, but the additional services if the prices if they corresponded

The best thing is the food, not much variety but good food and the man who helps you when you arrive with the clear eyes that I can't remember his name is the best in the hotel by far.
Lo mejor es la comida poca variedad pero buena comida y el hombre que te ayuda cuando llegas con los ojos claros que no recuerdo su nombre es el mejor del hotel con diferencia
Dirty room, all inclusive (without being all inclusive), we asked for a room overlooking the pool and they did not give it, the treatment of reception leaves much to be desired, the water in the shower of the room came out in sections of hot and cold water.
Habitación sucia, todo incluido (sin ser todo incluido) , pedimos una habitación con vistas a la piscina y no no la dieron , el trato de recepción deja mucho que desear , el agua de la ducha de la habitación salía en tramos de agua caliente y fría
