The best thing is the food, not much variety but good food and the man who helps you when you arrive with the clear eyes that I can't remember his name is the best in the hotel by far.

Dirty room, all inclusive (without being all inclusive), we asked for a room overlooking the pool and they did not give it, the treatment of reception leaves much to be desired, the water in the shower of the room came out in sections of hot and cold water.

In all inclusive the drinks were of unknown brand, you asked for a drink and it was pure cologne, very bad.

It said check in was at 16:00, we arrived at 13:00 and they gave us the room without any problem.
Decía que el check in era a las 16:00, llegamos a las 13:00 y nos dieron la habitación sin problema
It is quite far away from everything, the food at breakfast is not varied at all, the bathroom needed a good cleaning and I think there are many things that could be improved.

We loved it, the reception girl Magdalena was very friendly at all times. The food was very good. The pool lifeguard David and the animation guys very well. Very happy with the experience.

To put a but, the ventilation system needs to be cleaned. There were areas that smelled a little bad especially when you entered the room.
Para poner un pero, en el sistema de aireación tienen que limpiarlo. Había zonas que olían un poco mal sobretodo cuando entrabas en la habitación.

The hotel is very well located, large and the pool is spectacular.
El hotel está muy bien es grande y la piscina espectacular
I am not in favor of carpeting and even less when it is dirty, although the food was good it was also too greasy and the spa was very poor, only a pool with two jets.

I loved the whole hotel, I would surely repeat on occasion is beautiful.

The spa is a bit poor for what the hotel offers, and it was a bit messy at check-in, otherwise everything was great.

The room is spacious and fine, although it is not a superior 4* hotel room. It would be more like 3*, no more. The pool area is fine too, but it is a basic pool (no slide for children, no playground with swings, no module for them to play).
La habitación es amplia y está bien, aunque no es habitación de hotel de 4* superior. Sería más bien 3*, no más. El espacio de la piscina está bien también, pero es una piscina básica (no hay ni un tobogán para los niños, ni parque con columpios, ni un módulo para que jueguen).
The food was very bad. Luckily it was buffet style and you could scratch something that wasn't bad. But of low quality. It does not correspond at all to a 4* superior hotel.
The price of the bar and drinks in the restaurant was very expensive.
La comida muy mal. Suerte que era tipo buffet y alguna cosa podías rascar que no estuviera mal. Pero de baja calidad. No se corresponde para nada a un hotel de 4* superior.
El precio del bar y de las bebidas del restaurante carísimo.
