Liked the huge pool. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. It was great that we managed to get into our room early by a few hours. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and most of the staff were happy to help you.
As we were B and B only, on our first day we decided to have lunch in the hotel. We waited 40 minutes for a club sandwich and french fries - too long. Did not like the fact that they were renovating the outside of the hotel - quite a bit of noise and unfortunately the work was being done next to the pool.

Fabulous 1 Alvaro Travelled with couple August 2026 Horrible and distressing — rather a scam. This place has nothing of a superior 4-star hotel, at most two stars. The food was fried and repetitive over the four days. The waiter service was dreadful; they don’t clear plates as you eat, so you have to get up and pile them on the neighbouring table. Because they don’t clear tables, there aren’t plates or spoons, etc. The only thing spacious was the room; the mattress was like a thin pad. You have to wear flip‑flops in the shower; if you open both taps at the basin and the shower, no water comes out. The shower head didn’t even have anywhere to hold it. There was no entertainment; the pool looked more like a campsite than a 4‑star hotel. In short, horrible — one of the worst places I’ve encountered.

Liked the huge pool. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. It was great that we managed to get into our room early by a few hours. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and most of the staff were happy to help you.
As we were B and B only, on our first day we decided to have lunch in the hotel. We waited 40 minutes for a club sandwich and french fries - too long. Did not like the fact that they were renovating the outside of the hotel - quite a bit of noise and unfortunately the work was being done next to the pool.

The food was fried and repetitive over the four days. The waiter service was dreadful; they don’t clear plates as you eat, so you have to get up and pile them on the neighbouring table. Because they don’t clear tables, there aren’t plates or spoons, etc. The only thing spacious was the room; the mattress was like a thin pad. You have to wear flip‑flops in the shower; if you open both taps at the basin and the shower, no water comes out. The shower head didn’t even have anywhere to hold it.
