Diseño de las instalaciones muy cuidado. Desayuno excelente. Personal muy amable y resolutivo. Habitación muy cómoda. Área de piscinas muy buena.
The premium room is more like a nice room in a newly renovated hotel, nothing more. We had a problem with the room curtain upon arrival, but we reported it and the staff fixed it quickly. We missed a water heater in the room. Very expensive car parking.
La habitación premium es más bien una buena habitación de hotel recién reformado, sin más. Tuvimos un problema con la cortina de la habitación nada más llegar, pero dimos parte y el personal lo solucionó rápidamente. Echamos en falta un calentador de agua en la habitación. Parking de coche muy caro.

Me ha gustado el hotel en general, especialmente la parte exterior y la habitación. Los desayunos eran también muy completos y las recepcionistas fueron muy serviciales.
I think that the bus schedule from the hotel to the port of Alcudia and vice versa should be increased, as the last one is at 17:15. On the other hand, regarding the hotel dinner, although there was a great variety of ingredients and meals, I consider that the quality and preparation could have been superior.
Creo que se debería aumentar el horario del bus que sale desde el hotel al puerto de Alcudia y viceversa, pues el último es a las 17:15. Por otra parte, en relación con la cena del hotel, a pesar de que había una gran variedad de ingredientes y comidas, considero que la calidad y la preparación podrían haber sido superiores.

Nos ha encantado el hotel, en una zona magnifica, sin agobios ni aglomeraciones. Las vistas desde las habitaciones son preciosas. Volveria sin dudarlo
The coves where the hotel is located are not sandy, but 10 minutes from the beach of Muro which is spectacular. The dinners were not very varied, but still delicious. The breakfasts were magnificent and varied.

Me ha gustado la tranquilidad del entorno y la amabilidad del personal que ha sido excelente. Las instalaciones están bien, son algo antiguas pero bien conservadas. No hay problemas para aparcar en la zona. La comida también ha estado bien y ha sido abundante, reponían constantemente las bandejas que se acababan.
