El hotel está limpio y el personal, en general, es correcto.
Pero considero que eso no es suficiente para justificar su categoría.
La piscina es una maravilla. Al igual que el bar cafetería. Son unas zonas idóneas para disfrutar de tranquilidad y relax.
Para mi gusto, la ubicación está algo alejada de la playa, especialmente si se busca tenerla cerca y acceder cómodamente a ella. Unos 10 minutos andando. Si vas en agosto, que la humedad es matadora, se te hace eterno el trayecto.
Además en nuestro caso tuvimos una incidencia con el aire acondicionado, que no funcionaba, y nos reubicaron en otra habitación superior.
Otro punto que me decepcionó fue el parking. El garaje me pareció bastante oscuro y el acceso no transmite demasiada sensación de seguridad, ya que está protegido únicamente por una barrera.
En cuanto a la comida, esperaba bastante más variedad y calidad para un hotel de 4 estrellas. No digo que sea incomestible, pero sí que la oferta me pareció bastante básica y poco variada.
En resumen, es un hotel limpio, tranquilo y correcto, pero personalmente considero que la relación entre lo que ofrece y su categoría de 4 estrellas no termina de convencerme. Después de la experiencia, no lo elegiría de nuevo y creo que debería mejorar algunos aspectos para estar realmente a la altura de un 4 estrellas.

Hotel recién reformado, con buena ubicación cerca del centro aunque algo alejado de la playa (nada grave) A destacar la calidad humana del personal, destacando a Ismael, Mercé y María que nos han echo estar como en casa. Un hotel tranquilo incluso en temporada alta, sin colas y con disponibilidad de hamacas a todas horas. Algo totalmente impensable en otros hoteles.
Como sugerencia, quizás habría que reformar el apartado de la animación (María lo hace super bien pero está sola y hace cuanto puede) y el tema de comida habría que hacer hincapié en hacer algúnos platos diferentes (a veces se peca de comidas algo repititivas). Eso si, lo que hay está bueno.
Además el personal del comedor muy atento por si falta algo.

Hotel tranquilo para estar con la familia y la zona también tranquila. Limpio y las habitaciones bastante nuevas y limpias. Nosotros teníamos pensión completa y sí que es verdad que no hay mucha variedad la que hay está buena.

Por decir algo la puerta del lavabo no se podía cerrar ( aún que ya vi que estaban arreglando de otras habitaciones, agua que salta de la ducha se habrá bufado el suelo o puerta) y el grifo de la pica iba duro. El tema parking me parece exagerado 20 euros por día si ya eres cliente del hotel, aún que se encuentra algo de aparcamiento cerca del hotel 10 euros los hubiese pagado por mayor tranquilidad. Pequeños detalles que se pueden mejorar.

The check out at 10 am was quite a surprise. They should let at least until 12h as in most hotels!
It was quite hot in the rooms. The AC was only hot and we were told that until May they do not activate the heating and there is no option of ventilation only... we opened the window....
