Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 15 are exempt from this tax.

Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:

There were no available slots for the spa, we paid an extra 60€ for coming with the kids and they gave us the same room as the last time we came alone. They slept on a sofa bed, while other guests who came as a couple had two large beds. Poorly organized. The tickets were also different, from being in the center to being in the stands paying more than last time. It doesn't make sense.

The hotel leaves much to be desired for a 5-star hotel, I have been in better hotels with fewer stars. The hotel service is terrible and they told us that we booked through Busco un deal and we are the last ones. We arrived at the hotel at 7 o'clock and my daughter's bed was still unmade, we went down to complain and they told us that we were the last ones because we booked through Busco un deal, they made it at 9 o'clock at night and only because we went down to complain 3 times. El hotel deja mucho que desear para ser de 5 estrellas , he estado en mejores hoteles con menos estrellas . El servicio del hotel nefasto y decirnos que hemos reservado a través de busco un chollo y somos los últimos . Llegamos al hotel a las 7 y la cama de mi hija aún sin hacer , bajamos a reclamarlo y nos dijeron que éramos los últimos al ser fe buscho un chollo , nos la hicieron a las 9 de la noche y porque bajamos 3 veces a reclamarlo. En la comida nos encontramos un trozo de aluminio (restos de haber limpiado la plancha) . Fatal !
