Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies from 0 to 1: the first one stays for free sharing bed with two adults in double and triple rooms.
In case you want to travel with 2 babies in the same room, please contact us here so we can check if it is possible.
General discounts:

Children from 2 to 12 years old: the 1st and 2nd travel at a 50% discount.

Children from 2 to 1 years old: 1st child stays for FREE.
Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- Maximum room capacity is 4 people per room.
Good to know: The accommodation does not admit a 5th place in the same room, either adult or child.
Single occupancy surcharge: is approximately 30%, already applied in the prices you will see during the booking process.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.
The tourism tax in a 3 * Hotel is 0.66 € per person and night.

Bien en general, sobretodo la atención del personal y de Cora en recepción que nos resolvió un problema con la habitación. Ubicación excelente en primera línea playa.
Loud music and shows until 1:30 in the morning are unbearable for resting.. it would be logical to stop at 12. I recommend requesting a room as far away as possible from the bar/restaurant. The pool on the sixth floor is very small.
La música alta y espectáculos por las noches hasta la 1,30h de la madrugada es insoportable para poder descansar.. sería lógico cortar a las 12. Recomiendo pedir habitación lo más alejado posible del bar/restaurante. Piscina en la sexta planta muy pequeña.

Algunas habitaciones están renovadas, imagino que están en proceso de renovar las demás ya que sí que se nota que en algún aspecto está anticuado.
La comida está bastante bien, variedad y con posibilidad de prepararte tu propia comida por el servicio de plancha que tienen. El personal es muy majo y servicial.
They could place some more hammocks in the pool area or renovate some that are already very worn out.
They should also take a good look at the issue of music at night. I understand that people want some music and partying, but on the first floor, it sounds as if the DJ is inside the room. They could offer the possibility of closing doors or soundproofing the room in some way.
Podrían colocar alguna hamaca más en la zona de piscina o renovar alguna que ya está muy machacada.
También tendrían que ver bien el tema de la música por la noche. Entiendo que la gente quiere algo de música y fiesta pero en el primer piso se oye como si estuviera el Dj dentro de la habitación, podían dar posibilidad de cerrar puertas o insonorizar de alguna manera la sala.
