Hotel situado en el paseo y junto al mar, pero EN ZONA INUNDABLE!
Hotel sencillo. Habitaciones normales, personal bien, pero en nuestro segundo día de estancia, hemos sufrido la gran tormenta de agua caída en la madrugada del sábado 22/08/26 y se nos inundaron 2 coches.
El hotel también sufrió la inindacion de la entrada, cocina y ascensores. También en varias habitaciones entró agua. Así que, un verdadero desastre y grandisima pérdida de dinero.
Nos ha salido demasiado caro, estos 4 días de vacaciones.
FALTA TOTAL DE INFORMACIÓN SOBRE LA ZONA Y PREVISIÓN DE INUNDACIONES, NI POR PARTE DE AJUNTAMENT, POLICÍA NI DEL PROPIO HOTEL, TODOS ELLOS, CONOCEDORES DEL RIESGO QUE TIENE LA ZONA
It doesn't offer any kind of extra service. There is only a bar that opens out onto the street, but there isn’t an indoor lounge area for guests to have drinks or spend time with family.
On the rooftop, there's a small, comfortable pool, but with NO SHADE AT ALL. It's impossible to enjoy that area during the sunny hours.
No ofrece ningún tipo de servicio extra. Solo dispone de una barra de bar que comunica con la calle, pero no tiene una sala interior adaptada para sus clientes, donde poder tomar copas o estar en familia.
En la zotea, tiene una pequeña piscina confortable, pero SIN NADA DE SOMBRA. Imposible poder disfrutar esa zona, durante las horas de sol.

La verdad, hemos estado de Maravilla, la habitación grande dos camas enormes, una terraza vistas al Mar,todo perfecto, el servicio limpieza bien,la comida muy bien la verdad y el traro del personal en general muy bien.
What I would improve is being able to use a kettle or have a mug to make yourself a herbal tea after lunch or dinner. I went to the bar/cocktail counter, and the dining room manager, who was later also at the bar/cocktail counter—a blonde woman with blue eyes (staff should really wear name badges)—refused to make me a tea, saying the coffee machine was closed. But it’s just turning the tap on to get hot water, it’s not like you'd have to dirty the coffee machine. It was about 22:40 or so. Anyway, we went for a walk and at one of the beach bars they made me a tea with no problem. When we got back to the hotel after midnight, the bar/cocktail counter was still open. I ended up spending my money elsewhere—they made me my tea, I had a shot, and my husband had a slushie. They should really teach this woman about customer loyalty. I stayed at the hotel for 4 days: if I like a place, I come back, and instead of 4 days I might stay 10. The key to getting guests to return is for the hotel to function well and for staff to keep their jobs. That’s what I would improve.
Lo que mejoraría, que pudieras usar un hervidor de agua o alguna taza para poderte hacerte una infusión después de comer o de cenar, ya que fui al bar barra cocteleria la encargada de sala comedor y que luego estuvo el bar barra cocteleria ,una mujer rubia ojos azules( ya que el personal deveria llevar la placa con su nombre) no me quiso hacer la infusión diciendo que la cafetera estaba cerrada , que es abrir el grifo y sacar el agua caliente no había que ensucir la cafetera sería las 22:40 o así bueno pues nos fuimos a pasear y en uno de los chiringuitos de la playa me lo hicieron la infusión , cuan volvimos al hotel pasada las 12 de la noche el bar barra cocteleria seguí habierto el gasto lo hive en otro lugar me hicieron muy infusión me tomé un chupito y mi marido te tomó un granizado. De verian ensenarle a esta persona a fidelizar clientes yo estado 4 dias en el hotel si me gusta vuelvo y no estoy 4 me esto 10 días. De que los clientes volvamos es que en hotel funcione bien y ellos puedan conservar su trabajo.Eso mejoraria
