Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies from 0 to 1 year old: the first child stays free sharing bed with two adults.
- In case you want to travel with 2 babies in the same room, please contact us hereso we can check if it is possible.
- Children from 2 to 12 years old:
- Room Only: 1st and 2nd travel for 29 € per child per night approx.
- Bed and Breakfast: 1st and 2nd travel for 36 € per child per night approximately.
- Half Board: 1st and 2nd travel for approximately 46 € per child per night.
- Full Board: 1st and 2nd travel for approximately 57 € per child per night.
- Good to know: Discounts apply when accompanied by 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate in the same room.
- Maximum room occupancy: 4 people (adults or children).
- If you want to book for one person, the price for a single room is the same as for a double room. This accommodation does not offer discounts for single rooms.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.
The tourism tax in a 4 * Hotel is 1.32 € per person and night.

Collecting your park tickets is easy!
On arrival, head to your hotel reception early in the morning to pick up your park tickets. With tickets in hand, you can hit the attractions straight away!
Your park ticket is also your room key. You'll receive a text message when your room is ready for you to enter.
On the day of your departure, even if you check out of your room in the morning, you can still enjoy the park all day long!

A pesar de ser el puente de diciembre, el hotel ha estado muy bien. Con bastante gente pero el personal amable y servicial. La comida rica, y variedad.
En mi caso, me asignaron un horario tanto para comer como para cenar que no pude elegir. No sé si es que la app no iba bien o porque los demás estaban llenos. De todas formas, fueron los primeros turnos y tuvimos la ventaja de que eramos pocos y nos ahorramos las colas posteriores.

Personal muy amable, instalaciones muy bonitas.
Mal olor en toda la planta baja, al lado de los restaurantes.
Poca iluminación para ir a las habitaciones.
Pasillos estrechos y además es un hotel en el que la mayoría de alojados coinciden en horarios por lo que deberían haber hecho los caminos más anchos.
Habitaciones se escucha todo (falta insonorización), algo exagerado, parece que estén en tu habitación los de arriba o los de al lado 😅
La sensación era que el hotel tenía los servicios al 25% (luz, parking, ascensores)
Además muy lejos de port aventura, podían poner un servicio circular de transporte que ayudase sobretodo a gente con problemas de movilidad.

El hotel y la habitación están bastante bien en general. Y el acceso al parking también correcto. Los bufets de desayuno y cena bien, más que correros en variedad y calidad para una estancia corta.
Muy decepcionada con la escasa o más bien ninguna decoración de Navidad, ni animaciones u otras actividades que hiciesen la estancia destacable. Muy poco cuidado ese aspecto. Nula iluminación nocturna por el recinto del hotel y un tanto desalentadora la imagen del hotel sin agua

Pues por poner una pega el hotel no informó de cómo teníamos que hacer para el bono de comida que daban para el parque el sábado no nos iba la app de la reserva y tmp se molestaron en explicarlo , nos lo tuvieron que explicar en los sitios dnd reservamos para comer en raco de mar y iron horse que la verdad se portaron super bien .

El parque esta a 10 minutos andando
Las habitaciones lejos de recepción al tener que cruzar un puente. El sofá cama muy incómodo. No nos hicieron la habitación, a pesar de decirlo cuando llegamos x la noche. Y no hay ni nesquik ni colacao. Solo cacaolat en batido. Un hotel para niños debería tener cacao en polvo para la leche. El bufet del desayuno normal...se acaban las tostadas a las 10 y media de la mañana y no se reponen

Las camas muy buenas. Se duerme estupendamente y el hotel está muy cerca de la entrada al parque. La comida del buffet no es buena, pero teniendo en cuenta que está dirigido a familias con niños, se entiende.
Me pareció vergonzoso que hubieran capado los canales de televisión no catalanes para que no se pudiera ver nada que no fuera catalán. No veo la necesidad de hacer esa tontería que provoca el enfado y fastidio de las personas que nos alojamos en la habitación. Afeó nuestra estancia.

En primer lugar, el hotel se encuentra a 15 minutos andando de la entrada de portaventura. Luego, nadie te informa que los que se alojan al hotel, pueden entrar media hora antes.
