Cercanía a la playa, al ser aparta hotel se agradece porque las habitaciones eran grandes y nosotros que hemos ido con un bebé pues nos ha venido muy bien tener cocina, los ascensores eran rápidos lo que hacía que no hubiese colas para cogerlos, la piscina muy bien porque se da pie en cualquier sitio, la comida de buena calidad y variedad
The cleaning service is every two days, they didn't tell us at reception that you could go through the car park and thus one saves oneself from going up the huge hill to go down to the beach, and for a 4-star hotel it lacks entertainment.

El desayuno buffet muy bien.
The bathroom door wouldn't close, there were used sheets from previous guests inside the sofa bed, and the booking was for a double bed but they placed us in a room with 2 separate beds.
La puerta del baño no cerraba, había unas sábanas usadas de clientes anteriores dentro del sofá cama y en la reserva era cama de matrimonio y nos pusieron en habitación con 2 camas separadas.

El servicio de este hotel tiene que mejorar mucho a nivel profesional.
No es normal que siendo un hotel 4 estrellas la limpieza de las habitaciones sea un día sí y un día no. Al menos el cambio de toallas debería de contemplarse.
Me dieron la habitacion a las 18 de la tarde habiendo llegado a las 16:30h y siendo el checking a partir de las 15h.
La atención del personal de recepción algo mejorable, nada más llegar el chico de recepción atendiéndonos con comida en la boca y el plato de comida sobre el mostrador.

Improve? Everything. It is a beach hotel, so they should clean the room and change the towels every day, not every two days, putting half of the towels with the excuse that the day before there was no laundry, replenish toilet paper that we had to go to the public because at the reception they only gave us a small and thin roll, the food was awful, scarce and bad, there is no staff, for dessert only watermelon and melon, the hotel has 3 stars too many, the clothesline is hanging, the pillows are horrible, the terrace furniture, not that it's old, it's old, sitting down we would get pieces of paint stuck to us, it was the worst experience of my life. Todo .Es un hotel de playa , por tanto deberían limpiar la habitación y cambiar las toallas todos los días , no cada dos días poniendo mitad de las toallas con la excusa que el día anterior no hubo lavandería , reponer papel higiénico que tuvimos que ir al público porque en recepción solo nos dieron un rollo pequeñito y delgadito,la comida fatal , poca y mala , personal no hay ,de postre solo sandía y melón , al hotel le sobra 3 estrellas, el tendedero descolgado , las almohadas horribles, el mobiliario de la terraza , no sea que es antiguo, es viejo ,a sentarnos se nos pegaba trozos de pintura , vamos la peor experiencia de mi vida.No lo recomiendo a nadie . esperando todo el año para que llegue las vacaciones y vaya amargura.
