The Hotel Suites Albayzin del Mar 4* is located in Almuñécar, on the southernmost tip of Europe, on the Costa Tropical in Andalusia.
This hotel has a 7-story building and has a total of 72 suites. It has a 24-hour reception, so that you can be attended whenever you need it, free wifi, air conditioning and heating, as well as an indoor car park (fee).
This accommodation has a restaurant, where you can taste signature cuisine and traditional Andalusian cuisine, as well as a pub with an exclusive decoration and a great selection of music, ideal for a drink and unwind ;-)
You can enjoy a game of billiards or ping-pong, and there is also a reading room. The gardens of the hotel are in the Costa Tropical, they are of Andalusian Arabic style and have waterfalls, bridges and grottos that communicate with the swimming pool, great!

This pleasant hotel is located in the leisure area of Almuñécar, just a few minutes from the city center. There is a public transport stop about 500 meters from the hotel ;-)
If you want to enjoy a swim in the blue waters of the sea, just 500 meters away is the beautiful and attractive beach of San Cristobal. The center, which is worth a visit, is just a few minutes walk away, also half a kilometer.
In the surrounding area, about 100 meters away, there is a wide range of stores and businesses, as well as numerous restaurants, several bars, pubs, cafes (800 meters) and a large number of leisure and entertainment venues. Granada and Sierra Nevada are 80 kilometers away.

The lack of entertainment for children and adults in the pool area, restaurant, children and night.
Common areas so wasted and the lack of lighting in the common areas. You can not even walk around the common areas, as there is no animation.
The buffet dinner very regular
La falta de animación para niños y adultos tanto en la zona de piscina, restaurante, infantil y nocturna.
Zonas comunes tan desaprovechadas y la falta de iluminación en la zonas comunes . No se puede ni pasear por las zonas comunes, ya que no hay ningún tipo de animación .

The hotel is quite nice, the service is very friendly, the apartments are very large.

The food was pretty good, but I missed spoon dishes. With such cool facilities in the pool area, it has lacked animation at night, to have a drink and dance...they could take more advantage of the area.
La comida estaba bastante buena,pero echaba en falta platos de cuchara. Con las instalaciones tan chulas que tiene en la zona de piscina, le ha faltado animación por la noche, para tomarte algo bailando ..le podían sacar más provecho a eda zona

Very dirty rooms in the sofa spider that bit us and the facilities left and the solutions were given to us at the exit of the hotel when we were leaving. 5 years of vacationing here and paying a lot of money for nothing. And when I booked here I had no right to views.
Habitaciones muy sucias en el sofá araña que nos an picado las instalaciones dejadas y las soluciones nos las dieron ala salida del hotel cuando nos íbamos. 5 años veraneando aquí y pagando muchísimo dinero para nada. Y al reservar por aquí no tenía derecho a vistas.

Very uncomfortable mattresses and pillows, very spacious apartments with an extraordinary terrace but with very old-fashioned furniture.

I liked the fact that pets are allowed, the spaciousness of the suites and the treatment of the staff.

The hotel is spectacular, the rooms are beautiful and super large, the facilities, swimming pool, dining room... everything is luxurious.

I missed some entertainment for adults, some music for after dinner, a little group or a band so you don't have to go to sleep after dinner, and some more aquagym or something for the middle age group in the pool and so on.
