Pets are not allowed in the main areas (reception, dining room, swimming pool, lounge, etc.), only to access the room or to leave the hotel, and must be leashed. The day of check-out you must leave the hotel at 10:00h because pets are not allowed in the main areas.
- The pet may not use the bathroom or the bathtub/shower to relieve itself; and it is not allowed to use hotel towels or sheets for grooming. The pet is not allowed to climb on the beds. The buffet offered little variety and many items were not labelled. Even when you asked, the waiting staff didn’t know; among the employees themselves there was no clarity about what was included with the wristband they gave you on arrival. At first we were told that water was included at reception, then in the dining room we were told water and wine; the next day at lunch they said soft drinks were included, then at night they said nothing was included except water... It would be good if they clarified this among themselves.
The breakfast coffee was awful and there were long queues to toast bread in the morning — there were three small toasters like the one at my house for the whole hotel, and one of them didn’t work any day. The tables were never set; we always had to lay them ourselves, placing cutlery, napkins and everything. Glasses were mostly plastic — I’d never seen that in a hotel before.
Housekeeping was poor: we found socks under the bed that must have been there for ages given how dirty they were. The lifts are quite old and there were long queues and waits to get one. In the rooms there was no bedside table next to the beds and the sockets were positioned on the wall above the bed, so we didn’t even know where to put our phones to charge them.
On the gallery in the evening there wasn’t even one light to sit and relax.
One useful feature that many hotels have — a washroom with a shower for guests leaving on the last day — would be great here. They require you to leave the room very early at 10:00 and if you go to the beach afterwards there’s nowhere proper to shower before travelling. A shower room downstairs where you could freshen up before leaving would be very welcome.
The evening entertainment was rather poor and not attractive. Overall there was a serious lack of organisation throughout the hotel. Reception told us the room was ready at 14:00, so we went up, only to find the cleaner still working on it and we had to wait in the corridor. Another couple were given a room and, 15 minutes after they started unpacking, a different couple opened the door — they had been given the same room. In the dining room the staff member at the door didn’t guide us to a table or even check whether there was space; some evenings we told him our room number and he said ‘come in’, only for us to find there was no free table inside.
La comida poco variada en el buffet y en muchos alimentos no ponía identificado que era incluso preguntabas y no lo sabían los camareros que habia, entre los propios trabajadores no se aclaraban de que incluía y que no con la pulsera que te ponían a la llegada....de primeras nos dijeron que incluía agua en recepción, luego en el comedor que agua y vino; al día siguiente en la comida que refrescos también luego en la noche que nada que solo agua.....estaría bien que se aclararán entre ellos. El café del desayuno malísimo y mucha cola para tostar el pan por la mañana había 3 tostadoras como la de mi casa para todo el hotel contando que una no iba ningún día ....Nunca estaban las mesas montadas siempre teníamos que montarla nosotros, los cubiertos, servilletas y todo ...... Vasos mayoritariamente de plástico, nunca habia visto eso en un hotel......
La limpieza encontramos unos calcetines debajo de la cama que a saber de cuando estaban ahí por la mugre que tenían..... Los ascensores bastante viejos y había que hacer mucha cola y esperas para poder coger uno. En las habitaciones no había mesita de noche al lado de las camas y los enchufes se encontraban colocados en la pared por encima de la cabeza encima de la cama que no sabíamos ni dónde apoyar el móvil para cargarlo.
En la galería por la noche no teníamos ni una luz para poder echar y estar ahí tomando la fresca.
Como puntazo que lo hay en muchos hoteles sería el uso de un baño con ducha para los huéspedes que nos vamos el último día (dejan dejar la habitación muy pronto a las 10h y si te vas a la playa luego no tienes donde ducharte en condiciones para emprender el viaje) estaría guay un baño con ducha en la parte baja para que ahí te puedas duchar antes de marchar en condiciones.
Las animaciones de la noche un poco birria no hacían nada atractivo.
Y luego faltaba mucha pero que mucha organización en general en todo el hotel nos dan la habitación a las 14h que ya estaba hecha según la de recepción total que subimos a la planta y nos encontramos a la de la limpieza que estaba aún haciéndola y tuvimos que esperar en el pasillo.....A la otra pareja que venían les dan la habitación y a los 15 min de estar ahí deshaciendo la maleta les abre la puerta otra pareja que les habían dado la misma habitación. En el comedor el chico que estaba en la puerta ni te acompañaba a una mesa ni era capaz de mirar si cabíamos o no algún día en las cenas le decíamos el número de habitación y nos decía pasar y luego resulta que dentro no había ninguna mesa libre para sentarnos.

Everyone. It was a room for four: two adults and two children aged 10 and 6. The beds were all together side by side — one double and two singles — with no space even for a bedside table, only just enough to get out from the sides. Horrible. When I removed the pillow to make the bed, surprise — a plug socket in the wall that had been completely covered by the pillow was half-broken, leaving the metal of the socket exposed; my grandson could have been electrocuted. We paid for the car park; there was no lighting (we have photos of everything) at either the entrance or the exit. The car park is very old, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of basic facilities — our car was scratched badly. Era una habitación de 4 dos adultos y dos niños 10 y 6 años, las camas estaban todas juntas unas al lado de otra una de matrimonio y dos individuales, no había espacio ya no para una mesita, si no para salir por los laterales, horrible, al quitar la almohada para abrir la cama, ¡sorpresa! un enchufe en la pared que estaba tapado por la almohada completamente roto a la mita, dejando el metal del enchufe al aire, mi nieto se podía haber electrocutado. Pagamos el parking, no había iluminación (tenemos foto de todo) ni en la entrada ni en la salida, un parking muy viejo pero eso no quiere decir que no tenga las mínimas instalaciones, total rayazo al coche. La comida, colas que cuando cogías algo por el camino, cuando llegabas a la mesa ya estaba frío, poquísima variación, cogimos unos codilolos pequeños, crudos completamente por dentro, en fin horrible es la palabra.

La comida bien hay variedades pero uno de los chicos que estáva en la "barbacoa" estava nervioso i sacaba la carne cruda con la escusa que se pone nervioso que la jente estava esperando i decía a la jente ( veis a buscar otras comidas no me esperéis aquí que me ponéis nervioso la carne esta cruda i me la ponia en el plato) yo le dige nadie te mete prisa ves haciendo estamos esperando con tranquilidad pero el no parada de quejarse..ponia en la plancha por tres hamburguesas cuando 20 personas estavan esperando pa ellas. Por la mañana las chicas "limpiavan las terasas tanta pereza nunca vi..(nos a tocado en la primera planta i por la mañana las vi como limpiavan.. nada nada nada..así por encima i la basura i el polvo detrás de ellas. Hemos estado 3 noches ai i mi niño de tres años a vuelto picado de no se que..por los pies en los brazos en la espalda esta que parece que a estado en campo.. los bichitos del hotel lo an picado por todo el cuerpo. Porque así se me a despertado rascando se. Estoy lavando todo todo porque a saber que bichos an estado por nuestras ropas. Os falta mucha limpieza en este hotel no es solo abrir i cobrar la jente es i buen estado de las habitaciones (lo que os falta) No lo recomiendo pa nada la verdad porque de barto tampoco es vamos. Pa tres noches nos a costado 480€ pa este dinero podíamos estar en otro que estaría mas limpio pero claro por las fotos no parecía así. Mala experiencia pero ya lo sabemos para la próxima.Si tenéis niños pequeños tener cuidado porque la limpieza es fatal. Aa i se me olvido por las tardes cuando entras al lado de los ascensores olía a pipi a mierda que mucha jente entravan i se tapavan el nariz. Eso es vergüenza la verdad.

Acudí al hotel con mi madre y dos niños muy pequeños. Las instalaciones de piscina fueron perfectas para ellos y estaban bien mantenidas, lo pasaron en grande. Probablemente repita una noche más este verano, tan solo por el disfrute de los niños, llevando un pequeño kit de limpieza preventiva.

Debido a los comentarios iba realmente alerta de donde llevaba a mi familia: Nada que temer. Aunque hay mejoras: Los baños de la zona de piscinas estaban bien pensados, pero tenían muchas moscas de agua en la zona del retrete y en la zona de ducha perdía agua dejando el suelo de los baños mojados,podía ser peligroso y resbalarse. El buffet en horario de noche bastante concurrido, llegamos a las 20h y tuvimos que esperar 20min para entrar pero luego estuvo todo correcto. Si que sería importante que contratasen a personal de seguridad, no deja de ser un hotel económico en el que acudían muchas familias de bien a disfrutar, nosotros dimos con varias, pero también muchas otras incívicas que dejan que sus hijos corran por los pasillos de noche o no paren de gritar y ya no es cuestión de diferencia de culturas, es falta de educación. Debido al incivismo de algunos se crean episodios molestos, y no está insonorizado pero se podría arreglar con seguridad que llame la atención y vigile 24h todo el complejo. Que recorran los pasillos y atiendan horarios de descanso. La limpieza en general debería de ser más rigurosa, es preferible entrar en una habitación con baño y que huela a lejía (señal de bien desinfectado) a que no huela a nada.
