Lo mejor del hotel sin duda el personal. Las piscinas y zona de hamacas un 100% recomendables. Los bares también. Y súbete hay muchos ascensores van muy lentos
Lo peor las habitaciones sin dudarlo.
Cero recomendable para personas con discapacidad como yo.
En la parte más vieja del hotel en el alto, las habitaciones dan pena pero lo bueno es la limpieza.
El baño minúsculo y para colmo con bañera (horrible)

La piscina, la comida.
Las habitaciones no tenían nada que ver con las fotos de la web: feas, sin balcón, sin vistas y muy poco cuidadas. No son habitaciones de un hotel de 4 estrellas; he estado en hoteles de 2 estrellas con mejores habitaciones y mucho más confort.
Además, nos metieron en un edificio anexo, bajo y sin estética, cuando lo que venden es precisamente la experiencia de dormir en el rascacielos. Me siento engañada: si reservo en el “hotel más alto de Europa”, quiero alojarme ahí, no en un bloque normalito.
Además, si nos van a hospedar en la parte menos cuidada y con las peores habitaciones del hotel, deberían indicarlo claramente en la reserva, para tener constancia de lo que vamos a encontrar al llegar, y no reservar pensando una cosa y encontrarnos otra totalmente distinta. Si lo hubiéramos sabido, no habríamos venido a este hotel.
Para rematar, el trato en recepción fue pésimo: los recepcionistas nos atendieron fatal, con una actitud muy estúpida. Reservamos una de las habitaciones con cama de matrimonio, y ni eso nos dieron.
Los postres no están buenos.
Muy mala experiencia, no lo recomiendo.

Bastante variedad en las comidas y cenas, excelente.
Por decir uno, 15€ de noche o 6€ la tarde por subir a la azotea y luego no poder tomar nada arriba, es un aspecto negativo y algo mejorable.

Necesitan una pequeña actualización las habitaciones ya que había partes muy deterioradas. Los ascensores también necesitan mantenimiento.

Hemos ido una familia 3 niños y los padres; y nos ha encantado; la hemos pasado bomba; está todo muy bien ; faltaría algo de animación más divertida; y la comida bastante bien ; alguna que otra cosa no muy buena; pero hay para todos los gustos ; no son críticas solo comentarios. Está muy bien ubicado y la verdad excelente todo; fuimos también al spa y genial; se paga aparte pero está muy bien. Le damos 5 estrellas.
