The mountain view from the room
Quality of the food. The bedsheets had holes. Very noisy. Certainly not a 4 stars superior

Habitación muy comoda, amplia.
Desayuno bastante bien y con bastante opción.
Comimos un dia en el añmuerzo buffet y tambien estaba bastante bien sobretodo por el precio que me parecio bastante barato considerando las opciones de la zona.
El personal bastante amables en general.
El ambiente tambien lo encontre gradable porque tenian bastantes actividades, con ambiente familiar muy bien.
The only thing I would improve about breakfast is the juice, which doesn't match the quality of the rest of the buffet, but everything else was very good.
Also, the lifts were working a bit poorly or strangely, but nothing serious.

En general ha estado bien, cogimos una habitación premium, yo pensaba que todo el hotel estaba adaptado para personas con movilidad reducida pero las habitaciones no, el baño tenía ducha pero un escalón bastante grande, íbamos con mi madre, en el bidé no la podíamos lavar porque al sentarte la agarradera estaba tan atrás que no podías y el grifo tan alto que te daba en la espalda en vez de darte en el culo 😃, la puerta llegaba hasta el WC, nos molestaba para sentar a mi madre, estuvimos a punto de quitar la puerta, con la silla de ruedas imposible, si entrabas con la silla ya no podías cerrar la puerta, y tenías que cerrarla para poderla sentar en el váter en fin una odisea.

One of the lifts broke down on the second day and if you needed to go down with a pushchair, it took forever. We left and it was still broken.
We had all-inclusive, but the snacks they provided were in the dining room, which meant you had to go down if you wanted to grab a burger or a hot dog. We didn’t really fancy that since we ate well anyway. By the pool, they only served drinks, not even some basic nuts or crisps like other hotels do.
El aire acondicionado mal, en las zonas comunes ni se notaba al entrar de la calle, en las habitaciones se notaba un poco más pero era flojo poniéndolo al máximo.
Se estropeó un ascensor el segundo día y para bajar con silla tardabas una eternidad, nos vinimos y seguía estropeado.
Teníamos el todo incluido pero los snacks que daban estaban en el comedor, o sea que tenías que bajar si querías coger algo de hamburguesa, Frankfurt, eso no nos apetecía porque comíamos bien, en la piscina solo daban bebida, ni unos tristes cacaos o patatas como en otros hoteles.

La ubicación al lado de la estación Renfe como de la playa es perfecta. La piscina de fuera muy bien y grande y la del spa muy espaciosa. El hotel tiene muy bonita decoración, es espacioso con salones que te invitan a sentar y relajarte.
The room cleaning was fine but the policy wasn’t, as you couldn’t put a sign to indicate the room was free for cleaning and the maids entered while there could have been guests inside. The all-inclusive service from 11:00 to 23:00h makes no sense, because if I’m staying 24 hours at the hotel it’s unfair that I can’t have a coffee until 11:00 in the morning. What needs improving is the lunch and dinner buffet, as there aren’t many salad options and there are no seafood choices at all.
La limpieza de habitaciones estuvo bien pero no el criterio, ya que no se podía poner un cartel de esta libre para limpiar y las limpiadoras entraban cuando podían haber huéspedes. El servicio de todo incluido de 11 a 23h no tiene sentido ya que si yo me alojo 24h en el hotel es injusto que no me pueda tomar un café hasta las 11h de la mañana. Lo que habría que mejorar es el buffet de comida y cena ya que no ponen muchas opciones de ensalada y no han puesto para nada ninguna opción de marisco.
