Nos encantó la experiencia en este hotel,las instalaciones no son super modernas pero estan muy cuidadas y limpias,camas muy cómodas y comida expectacular.El personal super atentos todos,desde recepcion,camareros y cocineros del restaurante,camareros de las piscinas y animadores,todos hacen que te sientas como en casa. Tiene una playa a 5 minutos andando que esta super bien.Es una zona sobre todo de alemanes pero se esta muy tranquilo

Se olvidan que hay españoles y nos enteramos de todo. Poco profesionales.
La comida es cutre. No hay ni aceite de oliva. Menu de aprovechamiento, repetitivo y nada especial, comida de lo mas barata. No hay refrescos en lata ni cerveza, el agua es filtrada o del grifo, segun el dia.
El spa cierra muy pronto.
Y sobretodo, se nota la mala organizacion del hotel. Parte del personal actitud chulesca y despota cuando no hay jefe a la vista, se rien de los extranjeros.... vamos que no me vuelven a ver el pelo.
Lo que mas me ha molestado es una de la limpieza que lleva la rodilla vendada q va dando portazos a las 8 de la mañana para despertar a la gente y hacer su trabajo sin prisas imagino. Y un camarero arabe de unos 45 años, alto que es muy sinverguenza, malmandado que tendria que callarse la boca delante de la gente...
He de decir que jamas he tenido la necesidad de hacer un mal comentario de ningun hotel. Este lo he necesitado, entiendo que la oferta era por algo. Me parecio barato para un 4 estrellas y entendi el porque. Nunca estube en un 4 estrellas tan cutre.

Excelente atención por parte de todos los trabajadores, cordiales y atentos. La comida muy buena, variada y abundante, lo mismo con las bebidas y vinos. Nuestra habitación la dejaban impecable cada mañana, muy limpio y ordenado en general el hotel. Nos ha gustado mucho, volveremos.
Sólo por criticar algún aspecto, me hubiese gustado que la barra del bar hubiese incluido marcas premium (o estándar al menos), ya que si bien los chicos preparaban excelentes cocteles, las marcas eran genéricas y de regular calidad. De todas formas la simpatía y oferta inagotable compensaban esto.

Personal muy atento y amable. Nos ayudaron en todo lo que pudieron y disfrutamos de unos días muy agradables y tranquilos.
Limpiaban las habitaciones todos los días y la comida del buffet era muy variada, con suficiente franja horaria para comer.
Fue una pena que los masajes no estuvieran disponibles durante nuestra estancia, pero el resto de instalaciones sí estaban operativas.

el hotel muy bien, todos los servicios correctos. al final no estuvimos en habitaciones por un error en las fechas de las reservas, la primera noche era en el barco y ellos entendieron o se les hizo llegar que era en el hotel. con lo que al no presentarnos el 12 anularon la reserva. Pero nos solucionaron el problema inmediatamente y a cambio nos ofrecieron el servicio de parking gratuito para subsanar el error.

La parte del Hotel ha sido excelente, el servicio, el personal, la comida, todo le doy un 10, el pueblo de Peguera donde estaba el hotel, perfecto, cerca de playa y calas y centro comerciales y restaurantes, se lo recomiendo bastante para cualquiera que le gustaría ir se lo pasara bien, me gusto mucho en general palma de mallorca, es el paraiso.
