Excellent hotel, great location. The food is also great, breakfast and dinner, variety of food, meat, fish. The staff is good. There are 2 swimming pools on the roof.
Everything is ok, but in the room the fridge is more like cooler. Maybe should put a fridge, so the drinks, water etc to be colder.

El personal fue muy agradable en todo momento, además de atento. Nuestra estancia fue mucho más positiva gracias al trato que obtuvimos.
On the one hand, although the dining room service offered is sufficient, I would invest a little more in terms of variety and quality of food. In addition, I would change the schedules and, as for dinner, I would set a time limit of 22:00.
On the other hand, I would extend the hours of the evening show until 12:00.

Lo más destacable es la relación calidad-precio, que por 500€ tengas media pensión de 4 estrellas para 2 personas durante 1 semana es un verdadero chollo.
El personal de recepción y sala es muy amable.
I would have appreciated it if the breakfast and dinner hours ended a little later, as sometimes it was difficult to get there if you had an excursion planned (especially at dinner).
The decoration of the hotel is a bit simple, although it is something that goes in tastes.

The only thing I did not like is that almost all the employees are very unfriendly, if they are facing the public they should have a little more empathy with customers especially if we are not respectful.
