Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies from 0 to 1: the first one stays for free sharing bed with two adults in double and triple rooms. In case you want to travel with 2 babies in the same room, please contact us here so we can check if it is possible.
General discounts:
- Children from 2 to 13 years old: the 1st and 2nd with a 50% discount.
Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- Maximum room capacity is 4 people per room. Good to know: The accommodation does not admit a 5th place in the same room, either adult or child.
Single room surcharge: is approximately 40%, already applied in the prices you will see during the booking process.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.
The tourism tax in a 4 * Hotel is 1.32 € per person and night.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Price: 15 €/night and pet
- Maximum weight: 15 kg/pet
- Pets cannot be left alone in the room
- Pets cannot access the restaurant, bar and pool area
Board Basis
If you're booking with Full Board:
- The first meal included is dinner, and, therefore, the last meal included is lunch.
- If you'd like to change the order of your meals, you can request it at the accommodation. You'll find their contact details on your confirmation voucher.

The first service is lunch, do you want to change it for dinner? Contact the hotel to inform them of the change, and they will arrange it. You can benefit from the all-inclusive from 11:00h on your check-in day until 23:00hh the day before the end of your stay.

Instalaciones bien aunque con falta de mantenimiento
The reception is a bit chaotic and disorganized, and the all-inclusive is too limited in terms of snacks or appetizers, there is almost nothing or you have to pay for everything.

At least two stars are missing from that hotel. The tourist tax per day is actually double the amount you reflect. The bottle of cava and the welcome gift are not true, or at least they were not given to us. I do not recommend it.
Sobran por lo menos dos estrellas a ese hotel. Y mentira la tasa turística por día es el doble de la que ustedes reflejan. La botella de cava y el regalo de bienvenida es mentira, o por lo menos a nosotros no nos lo pusieron. No lo recomiendo.
