Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 15 are exempt from this tax.

El sitio muy tranquilo. Para las comidas, había siempre pez fresco y carne fresca, esto estaba bien, y estaba bastante buena.
Un poco de desorganización por parte del hotel. La comida de bufet con poca variedad, por ejemplo, para almorzar no había nada de chocolate ni de dulce ni de untar, en los 4 días que estuvimos allí... No sé, no cuesta nada poner algo de chocolate. La comida, estaba bien, no había mucha variedad pero bueno. El todo incluido, para bebidas, está bien, pero para los snakcs, nada, no había nada, solo lo que sobraba del almuerzo (y que si sobraba era porque a la gente no le gustaba), entonces no ponían nada más. Bastante decepcionante la comida del "todo incluido".

La ubicación del hotel a pie de playa. Zona de aparcamiento gratis cerca. El personal muy agradable.
Del hotel lo más justito el buffet y en el todo incluido faltaban snacks y helados o granizados, por ejemplo, para los niños.El barco masificado y la gente tirada por el suelo.

Las habitaciones están bien y decir que los colchones son cómodos. La ubicación es genial.El personal muy bien , atentos en todo momento y sobre todo destacar la recepcionista muy amable y cercana.
Mejoraría tener en la habitación una pequeña nevera, así se ahorrarían todo el mudo llenando botellas en las comidas sin tener cuidado de pegar la boquilla de ellas en los grifos comunes.

Lo mejor del hotel la atención de Ester, la recepcionista, es muy amable, nos atendió genial.
La ubicación está muy bien, tienes pegada una playa y a una hora muchas cosas para ver, también está cerca de las cuevas del Drach
El hotel es antiguo pero las camas son muy cómodas.
The all-inclusive is quite poor, snacks only until 6 pm and they served nuggets and sandwiches, in addition to the pastries left over from breakfast.
