Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 15 are exempt from this tax.
The tourism tax in a 4 * Hotel is 3.3 € per person and night.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 15 kg/pet
- Price: 7 €/night and pet
- Upon arrival, you will be asked to pay a surcharge of 25€ for cleaning costs.
- Your pet cannot use the main areas and must remain in the room.

Todo. Lan isla está muy bien para recorrela en este tiempo. El hotel adults only es muy buena opción para disfrutar en pareja tranquilo. Los empleados del hotel son muy amables y atentos y la habitación con esa cama tan grande es una maravilla y además no oyes nada, ni puertas, ni cisternas, ni vecinos.
To say the least, the sink in the bathroom was hard to swallow. It is very rare that no one from housekeeping noticed.
Por decir algo la pila del baño le costaba tragar bastante. Es muy raro que nadie de limpieza se diera cuenta.

La terraza del hotel y la piscina tienen muy buena ubicación
The breakfasts and dinners, which was what I enjoyed, the wine could not be of poorer quality and the juices are in the same tone, also the coffee leaves much to be desired, I think a 4 * hotel should take more care of these aspects.

La amplitud de la habitación, la ubicación del hotel, el desayuno y cena buffet. La piscina infinita. Seguro que repetimos.
The air conditioning did not work properly and had to be constantly reset. As a small detail and/or suggestion, the refrigerator in the room did not cool well.
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente y había que resetearlos constantemente. Como pequeño detalle y/o sugerencia, la nevera de la habitación no enfriaba bien.
