The resort is new, so everything is in very good condition. The security was very good which gave us peace of mind with the kids. Pool area very very good
During the lunch and dinner it was very hard and would take too long to get grilled meat. The barbacue area would have very long queues with a very long waiting time.

El hotel es precioso, las instalaciones geniales. Ideal para familias con niños. El equipo de animación de 10, si te aburres es porque quieres, porque hay actividades todo el día y hasta por la noche para todo el mundo. Y la comida excelente. La habitación es básica pero de tamaño adecuado. Las instalaciones están bien aunque pinta que en poco tiempo se deteriorarán. Los toboganes de la piscina son grandes, la piscina de olas está correcta y el aspecto del hotel OK.
Las bebidas del todo incluido son de primeras marcas, los postres también, hay zumo de naranja natural.
Las animaciones también están bien. Además tienes diferentes animaciones al mismo momento. Por ejemplo, por la noche hay fiesta musical o bingo; cine de verano o espectáculo.

Me hospedé recientemente y en general la experiencia fue muy positiva. La atención del personal fue excelente: siempre amables, atentos y con buena disposición para ayudar. Las instalaciones son modernas y bien cuidadas, todo muy limpio y agradable. La zona de juegos es un gran acierto, muy completa y segura, ideal para que los niños disfruten. La comida es variada y de buena calidad, con opciones para todos los gustos.

El zumo de naranja natural en el desayuno.y el tema animación y los toboganes bien aunque las juntas duele un poco cuando te tiras .

Tienen que mejorar la comida siempre lo mismo , para coger algo de carne hay que hacer mucha cola ya que solo hay un puesto , después de media hora de cola para la carne se quedaron sin panceta y eran las 22 de la noche , para coger pescado lo mismo , los postres siempre lo mismo , las mesas tanto para la cena y la comida te montas tu la mesa y te sirves tu la bebida y el servicio tema chiringuitos esta mal organizado , tema
merienda siempre lo mismo, a las 18 de la tarde ya no quedaba ni batido de chocolate , tema bebida fatal y el café te lo preparas tu también vamos .El mobiliario del comedor mala calidad las sillas los tornillos flojos incluso mi marido se cayó.
