We were given the apartment and supposedly it was freshly cleaned, but when we entered it was very dirty, they had not even brushed it. The facilities are very poorly maintained and cleanliness is conspicuous by its absence. The children's pool was not open and the pool bar was not open even one day. There were many things missing in the apartment. I honestly would not go back. Please clean up a little bit because you do not deserve the 4 stars.
Nos dieron el apartamento y supuestamente estaba recien limpio, pero cuando entramos estaba muy sucio, no habían pasado ni el cepillo. Las instalaciones estan bastante mal cuidadas y la limpieza brilla por su ausencia. La piscina de los niños no estaba abierta y el bar de la piscina no lo vimos ni un dia abierto. Faltaban muchas cosas en el apartamento. Sinceramente no volvería. Por favor limpiad un poquito porque no os mereceis las 4 estrellas

Refrigerator did not cool, food was spoiled. The cleaning staff made a lot of noise when they were working, they even played music on a loudspeaker, at 10 am, while other guests (including myself) were sleeping or resting, and after asking them nicely to turn down the music, they made more noise and even spoke quite loudly.
